Logement bien présenté, mais qui peut être décevant

Logement sans volets, réveil à la lumière du jour. Emplacement enclavé, pente d accès sup a 35%. Terasse peu ensoleillee Situation assez loin des commerces Propriétaires agréables. Logement correct.

Confort total, tranquillité assurée

A quelques centaines de mètres du début de la dune du Pyla, cet appartement est d'un confort total et son environnement est très tranquille. Un vehicule est plutot bienvenu en ce quartier résidentiel, ( pour les courses), si l'on souhaite sortir le soir au restaurant.(En journée, l'accès à Arcachon ou aux communes bordant le bassin se fait aussi par les voies cyclables sécurisées et les bus tout proches!). La cohabitation avec les propriétaires fut très agréable, souriante et respectueuse des espaces de chacun.

Location parfaitement confortable pour 2 personnes en vacances au Pyla

Appartement au rez de jardin d'une villa tout à fait adapté à un séjour de vacances, confortable et plutôt bien équipé dans l'ensemble. Peut-être faudrait-il augmenter un peu la vaisselle quotidienne (le nombre de verre à pied est un peu juste pour la journée, un seul couteau cranté de cuisine, peu ou pas de petits récipients pour les petites choses apéritives). Propriétaires parfaitement discrets et de bon contact. Il faut toutefois signaler que la photo qui apparaît sur l'annonce est celle de la partie propriétaire et que la piscine visible leur est réservée (on peut s'en douter car elle n'apparait pas dans le descriptif). Cela pourrait prêter à confusion.

Excellente situation au calme, très reposant

Le quartier est exceptionnel, les propriétaires très discret, l'accueil est chaleureux La proximité de la Dune du Pyla, du bassin, du lac, du Zoo en font un endroit idéal Les activités autour de la Dune permettent de passer d'excellentes vacances

Site exceptionnel. Location dans un écrin de verdure, très calme. Logement bien équipé, terrasse appréciée, propriétaires discrets, agréables et à l'écoute. Excellentes vacances dans un cadre remarquable. A conseiller pour un couple et deux enfants. Conseil pour éviter la voiture, emmener vélos ou en louer sur place pour accéder aux commerces. Plage à 400 m, proche de la Dune du Pila

Appartement avec tout confort,calme et proche de la mer, de la Dune...évitant de prendre la voiture et d être dans les bouchons ! Bonne literie. Propriétaires sympathiques, non enquiquinants ! Location à recommander pour passer de bonnes vacances

Très bonne location !

Les + : Appartement très bien situé, à 400 m de la plage, tout près aussi de la dune du Pilat, mais aussi d'autres plages magnifiques. Appartement très fonctionnel, propre, et facile à entretenir. Le jardin ensablé plait aux enfants et contribue à l'esprit "Vacances pieds dans le sable". Les propriétaires sont agréables et très discret bien qu'ils habitent au dessus. Les petits - : Le code wifi ne fonctionne pas, dommage l'annonce précise qu'il y a Internet. Nous avons passé un séjour vraiment très agréable, le coin est superbe, calme et même en octobre le ciel était bleu et les températures très douces.

"Everything you need to f...

"Everything you need to feel like at home is present in the apartment. All amenities are in very high standard. The apartment is located with lots to do and see in a beautiful pinewood, in the heart of Provence. The owners are very welcoming and helpful. Just it might not be comfortable for everybody, that the bathroom is connected to the bedroom without the division."
