This beautiful home on the water is located a half mile to the beach, shops, restaurants, boatramp, and more! Deep water dock behind house with cabana and upper deck. Perfect for kids to fish and crab from. Excellent views of boats, water, dolphins, and you can even see the ocean from the top level. Huge kitchen with all the amenities including Subzero fridge, 3 ovens, Keurig coffee maker, and all dishes included. 4 Comfortable bedrooms with all new Mattresses 2022. 2 with porch and water views, and 2 face the front of the house. Foosball table, Pool Table, Ping Pong Table, hot/cold water outside shower, 5 bicycles, 2 kayaks, sheets, towels and beach chairs all included with this property. Walk to the beach in 8-10 minutes, or relax on your hammock, either way you slice it, this house is super comfortable and relaxing! Most guests find it difficult to leave after a week of watching boats go by.

Absolutely fabulous

Loved this property and would definitely go back. Location is perfect. Walkable to restaurants, beach and a go ol’ exercise walk.

1 of only 2 houses in this area with an upper level and lower level dock! Also great because it includes private DOCK and BOATSLIP. The house has large water views, comfortable den open to a huge kitchen, bar, and dining table. Also a Pool Table, foosball, and Ping Pong table for those who like games! Walk to the beach in 8-10 minutes, or take your boat to fish the inlet just 2-3 miles away! Beach Bars and restaurants and Wings Beach Store are all within 6-10 minute walk! 5 Bikes and 2 Kayaks included! Large Playground for the kids is only 2-3 min walk behind nearby school. We have this house professionally cleaned before and after each visit.
