We had a wonderful stay! Very clean and comfortable. Great location for visiting Yosemite. The cabin had everything we needed including beach towels. Loved sitting on the deck and watching the deer. Perfect place for our family of 5!

Smooth check-in, clean rooms. 10-15 min walk/2 min drive to Dunn Ct beach. Appreciated the well-stocked kitchen (blender, pots, pans, knives, spices), beach towels, picnic supplies, etc.

Everything was as advertised had a great time and everything was made available and convenient for a nice short x3 weekend stay. One thing to mention is the community pool we went at 6:45pm and was told we had 15min to swim if we went in the pool. Seems very closely monitored by the HOA but posted signs say closed at 9pm. There were locals swimming at the time and we felt a bit picked on because it still seemed a bit early to be telling people they can’t swim when closing time is at 9pm, we went to the pool 2hrs before closing. Especially when you pay for the entrance fee per car which is 50 per car.

Was everything as advertised. There was some unpleasant odor in kitchen/ living room area that we had to buy air freshener to deal with, but the owners didn’t know about it and tried to rectify. All in all it was a great location and we enjoyed our stay. Wound definitely recommend.

We stayed at this Groveland cabin for three nights while visiting Yosemite, and it exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spotless and surprisingly spacious, giving our family plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was fully stocked, from cookware to condiments, which made meal prep effortless. A highlight for the kids was the variety of board games, perfect for winding down in the evenings. The check‑in process was seamless, and the host Debi and Vineet were responsive and helpful from start to finish. This cabin made our trip even better. We would definitely stay again.

Absolutely gorgeous home with spectacular views of golf course and wildlife. Fully equipped home and lots of space to spread out - although we spent most time sitting on the deck! Stayed 3 nights - would love to have stayed more. Comfortable beds, linens, towels. Family friendly items including games. Location is great for Pine Mountain Lake, Grill and Golf Club Access and outdoor sign is perfect for night arrivals! Can't wait to come back next year.

This property is just like it’s described. It has everything you might want during a vacation stay. Our family of 4 enjoyed the close location to one of the beach areas, the ire of the gold course from the deck and the play room.

Another great stay!

We live coming to this house for our annual vacation. We always stay more than 1 week and the house has everything we need. The location is beautiful and convenient to everything in the PML. The hosts are very responsive to any inquiries and are always helpful. We love it !

Cozy Cottage

We stayed at this cozy cottage while visiting Yosemite, about 30 minutes from the gate. The house was clean, well stocked with kitchen necessities as well as everything we needed in the bathrooms. We loved the back deck, watching the deer on the glf course in the morning and afternoon. Very relaxing.

One of our best PML stays yet

This was a great property. We have 3 kiddos, and we all felt comfortable and taken care of by the home owner. They really did think of everything and, if your are a golfer its a great property to look out and watch people play hole 11 and the beautiful PML golf club. We will be back

4th of July getaway

My family and another family came up to PML to have a fun getaway for the 4th. The house was perfect. The kids all slept upstairs and there was a fun game room to hang out in. There were two rooms downstairs for the adults. We hung out every night on the deck watching the golfers and the many deer. The house had everything you could need from cooking items to beach gear. We watched fireworks just across the golf course and they were amazing. We’d love to stay here again if/when we come back!

Wonderful!

This home has everything you might need for a wonderful vacation. We were particularly grateful for the pack 'n play and highchair for our son. Debi was wonderful to work with and very responsive :) It was a great place to stay for our adventures in Yosemite. Thank you!

Yosemite gem

Place was terrific! Fully stocked kitchen where everything was labeled. We even used a few extras like the grill and even beach towels which were a pleasant surprise because we forgot ours. Spent a lot of time on the deck...very nice. Would definitely recommend.

Love the house

I really enjoyed our staying there. Unfortunately we had to leave earlier due to the fires. The house was very clean. Debi was great with communication and been on top of everything. I will really recommend it and will definitively come back. Maribel
