spot just ½ mile from Lake Lodge Beach and playground in the private, gated
community of Pine Mountain Lake in Groveland, California. With modern
amenities, a canopy-covered outdoor seating area, and a quiet wooded setting,
this home is the perfect base for exploring Yosemite—just 25 miles away.

The home is located in Pine Mountain Lake, a private gated community with
24-hour security and exclusive access to resort-style amenities.
A one-time, non-refundable $50 gate pass is required per vehicle, payable
directly to the HOA upon arrival. Stays of 8 nights or longer may incur
additional fees per Pine Mountain Lake Association rules.
