We stayed in the villa for two weeks, we wish we could have stayed for a month as it was so idyllic. With views of Saint Paul de vence and set on a nice quiet country lane. The bedrooms are large and have their own built in AC. The kitchen is amazing and we cooked a few meal and enjoyed them sat outside with the amazing sunset views. The house is very well equipped, with a modern farmhouse feel. Pool is large and warm. Our kids really enjoyed sleeping in the upstairs. Anne was an amazing host providing all the info we needed for checkin and communicating with us throughout the trip if we needed something. We would stay here again or recommend to any of our friends. The villa is 5 mins drive from grocery stores and the town. But the walk is VERY steep to Saint Paul de vence

Outstanding stay in beautiful villa and location

Wonderful stay in an outstanding villa. Inside and outside of villa is amazing, and lots of space to relax in. The pool was fantastic and we enjoyed using it every day. Villa is conveniently located to St Paul and surrounding towns as well as the beach. The villa owners were so kind and friendly, and answered every question we had before and during our stay. We hope to book again!

EXCELLENT SÉJOUR !

Très belle propriété, spacieuse et agréable à vivre, idéalement placée (commerces à proximité, proche de la plage, de très beaux villages et villes à visiter aux alentours). La propriétaire est très sympathique et aux petits soins pour ses hôtes. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour profitant du calme des lieux et de la piscine. Nous reviendrons !!

Absolutely Perfect

Beautiful home in ideal setting for all the area has to offer. Great layout to the house, everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. The hosts were wonderfully attentive and available to answer any queries. Would book again next year without a moments hesitation. Thank you both.

We just spent 2 fantastic weeks in this lovely place. Villa fully equipped, owners were lovely and helpful in every way. Would highly recommend to anyone that seeks a sunny week or two in the South of France.

I can really recommend the house for families who want to relax with their children.

We had a very good week in Anne's house (St Paul de Vence). We were 8 people of which two were children. It is a very children friendly house with a nice pool. A lot of space and close to shopping facilities. The house is located in a beautiful area 10 km from Nice airport. We had an active week with jogging in the hilly surroundings and swimming in the pool.

You can walk from the villa to the village through a sloping path and enjoy the village at the end of the day when the heat is less intense.
