Soggiorno da favola !!!!

La proprietà offre tutte le comodità per una vacanza rilassante unico piano con giardino veranda e un fantastico barbecue .. È stato tutto fantastico dell'accoglienza del proprietario alla pulizia dalla casa..senza contare la posizione strategica..a due passi dal mare e da tutti i servizi. Insomma una vacanza stupenda con tutta la famiglia. Da ripetere sicuramente!!! Grazie di tutto

Praticamente perfetta!

Ottima la posizione: tutto a pochi, piacevoli, passi e al tempo stesso fuori dalla confusione. Casa curata nei particolari; completa di tutti i confort. Veranda/giardino meravigliosi. Proprietari attenti ma non invadenti. Un punto di riferimento per futuri soggiorni a San Vito.

Casa perfetta per soggiorno in famiglia

Abbiamo trascorso due settimane a casa del signor Gianni e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La casa è nuova, fresca e funzionale, fornita di tutto quello che serve e con un bel giardino con sdraio e ombrellone perfetto per trascorrere un po' di tempo lontano dalla spiaggia. La posizione è ottima, vicina ad una pasticceria, una panetteria, al supermercato ed a pochi passi dalle strade principali del centro. Il signor Gianni e la sua bella famiglia ci hanno accolto con molta gentilezza e disponibilità. Vivamente consigliato!

Perfekte Wohnung für Familie und Freunde

Wir haben die Woche in San Vito sehr genossen. Durch den herzlichen Empfang von Gianni haben wir uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sauber und ideal eingerichtet, die Terrasse mit Kochnische, Dusche und BBQ sehr praktisch und einladend. Gianni hat uns auch von seinem Gemüsegarten Gurken, Zucchetti, Früchte usw. gegeben. Durch die perfekte Wohnlage erreicht man den Strand, und die Via Savoia (Autofreie Hauptmeile mit Restaurants und Läden) in 5min. zu Fuss. Ebenfalls in 5 Gehminuten hat es eine Bäckerei, einen Mercato oder sogar eine Pasticceria, um Einkäufe zu tätigen. Fazit: - Super Lage - sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber (Gianni) - Wohnung sehr praktisch eingerichtet - grosszügige Terrasse

La vacanza perfetta

vacanza perfetta in questa confortevole casa dotata di ogni comodità. La gentilezza e l'accoglienza del Sig. Gianni che ci ha subito omaggiato dei prodotti del suo orto ha fatto sì che questa settimana cominciasse alla grande! La casa e' spaziosa e arredata con gusto. Non manca davvero nulla e tutto e' moderno e funzionante. La veranda e lo spazio all'aperto sono un grande vantaggio anche per i bambini. La posizione della casa e' ideale rispetto al centro ed alla spiaggia, che si raggiunge tranquillamente a piedi in pochi minuti. Torneremo senz'altro il prossimo anno, magari anche per due settimane!! Sabrina, Roma.
