APARTMENT 1: This apartment consists of a living-dining room with SAT/DTT TV, air conditioning, and access to the covered terrace. An independent kitchen fully equipped with ceramic hob and dishwasher. Three bedrooms with air conditioning, one of them with a double bed and two with two single beds each. One bathroom with bathtub and a toilet.



APARTMENT 3: This apartment consists of a living-dining room with SAT/DTT TV, air conditioning and access to the covered terrace. An independent kitchen with ceramic hob. Three bedrooms with air conditioning, one of them with a double bed and two with two single beds each. One bathroom with bathtub and a toilet.



The UPPER FLOOR is composed of two independent apartments:



APARTMENT 2: This apartment consists of a living-dining room with SAT/DTT TV, air conditioning and access to the covered terrace. An independent kitchen fully equipped with ceramic hob and dishwasher. Three bedrooms with two single beds and air conditioning each. One bathroom with bathtub and a toilet.



APARTMENT 4: This apartment consists of a living-dining room with SAT/DTT TV, air conditioning and access to the covered terrace. An independent kitchen fully equipped with ceramic hob and dishwasher. Three bedrooms with two single beds and air conditioning each. One bathroom with bathtub and one bathroom with shower.



EXTERIOR: Spacious terrace area with a 16x6 rectangular pool with metal stairs and outdoor shower. Additionally, there is a built-in barbecue to enjoy outdoor meals. The plot is completely enclosed and there is parking for four vehicles on the same property.



LOCATION: This villa is situated in a privileged area, offering tranquility and proximity at the same time. It is located 1.2 km from the nearest supermarket and 1.5 km from the sandy beach, as well as restaurants. The center of Calpe is accessible within 4.2 km.
