This popular apartment is located right on the front of the “Residencial Puerto Estepona” urbanisation in Estepona marina. It offers excellent views directly out to sea and over the sports marina with its numerous yachts and fishing boats. The urbanisation offers a communal swimming pool along with a separate children´s pool. The apartment comprises of a lounge/dining area with air conditioning plus British (Sky) and international television channels, a high speed fibre optic internet access via WiFi is also available. The fully equipped kitchen offers all mod-cons including dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and fridge/freezer. Unusually, this apartment offers three balconies - the main south facing balcony, with its wonderful views, is accessed from the lounge and has a dining table with four chairs whilst the other two have two chairs each and are accessed directly from each bedroom (these balconies doors are locked with keys for security). The master bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a king size bed and a single bed with access to the family bathroom. This apartment is one of our most popular apartments due to its location it is within a few minutes’ walk of supermarkets, shops, bars, cafés, bus stops and taxi ranks plus its amazing sea and marina views. The apartment is fully air-conditioned with controllable units in each room. Underground secure car parking for a small car is also included. Being only a five minute walk from the harbour, it is an ideal place to stay for a wonderful break in Estepona.

Perfect situation to get everywhere

View from apartment wonderful. It was ideal for a short stay. Minutes walk from beach, restaurants and supermarket. We would stay there again.

Nice Apartment But…..

This property is in a great location and handy for everything and the bus stops just outside the gates to the property. The place is well equipped with everything you are likely to need. It was acceptable in terms of being clean, but by no means perfect. It has air conditioning but the air conditioning in the second bedroom does not work however, a fan was available for use. The television did not work and it took two days for someone to come and fix it. The place is a holiday rental and has signs of being a bit tired and needs refreshing. The outside balcony furniture was rusty and needs renewing. The rental charge for this place was quite expensive compared to what we paid to rent a villa with private pool on Lanzarote in the winter. There were four adults in our party and we had plenty of indoor space and never felt overcrowded. Overall, we enjoyed our holiday here but would not return.

El apartamento no tiene que ver nada con lo que vemos en la foto en cuanto a mobiliario. Todo está Bastante anticuado y viejo, los enseres de cocina están para tirar, la plaza de parking para un coche medianamente grande como el mío es imposible de aparcar entré las dos columnas que había. Se libra la a terraza junto al puerto.
