The property was very clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent. Very close to the main shopping street in Nice, close to supermarkets, trams, buses, and train station. Also a short walk to the old town and Promenade.

Superb accommodation in a superb location. Beds were extremely comfortable as was the sitting area which had a lovely view. Jocelyne was extremely helpful and kind who answered any questions we had about the area / getting to and from the airport. The apartment was beautiful and had all the home comforts you could want. A short walk to the promenade , train station and supermarket. We would definitely stay here again

this flat is simply excellent. Fantastic location from the train station and the tram. We also walked to the waterfront and old town no problem. very efficient unit, friendly people in apartment, very quiet. would book again.

Great little apartment near the train station

The fourth floor apartment with a lift was less than five minutes walk from the train station and a leisurely 15 minutes to the bustling Promenade des Anglais. After communicating with our hostess, we were met and shown how to work & locate everything, including the laundromat just around the corner. The apartment had everything we needed, but with the hot, humid weather, the AC struggled a little (our only complaint). Beds were comfy, a good strong shower, quiet enough surroundings, plenty of local delicatessens. Would stay there again.
When ordering an Uber/taxi, the address they will meet you at is at the corner of Rue d’Italie

Perfect accommodation

This accommodation is perfect for short and long stay, absolutely great location- everything you need just within 50 meters. Very clean and neat apartment and has everything you need for a stay, like at home. Want say about Jocelyn the host- she is the most kind and helpful person in the world! We really enjoyed our staying and for sure will be back there!

Stylish well located apartment

We spent 6 nights in the lovely, stylish apartment of Madame Berenguer. It is perfect for a couple and is well located with access to tram, buses, supermarkets, bakeries, and the old town. The beachfront, Chagall & Matisse museums, plus the Russian Church are all in walking (bus??) distance. Security is excellent and the elevator to the 4th floor is wonderful. We would definitely stay again.

It is a fabulous apartmemt when you visit Nice. The building is very nice and French. The apartment contains everything you need. The host is very friendly and helpful. In just 5 minutes you walk to the central station. A bakery is just around the corner. There are supermarkten, restaurants, bars etc nearby. We loved staying here.

Beautiful Apartment & great location

Very secure property, with a lift. The apartment was bright and very clean. We booked this to go to Monte Carlo Tennis Masters. Very central to train station (less than 5min walk) which was ideal for travelling to Cannes, Monte Carlo, Monaco & Ville France, trams were also nearby. Just a short walk to the seafront. There were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby too. Really enjoyed our stay - so much so that we're booking it again for next year. Jocelyne was lovely. We had no reason to contact her once we had checked in.

Property is in great location for walk to beach, 12 minutes, train is 5 minute walk, tram about the same. Lots of delicious restaurants within 10 minutes, you cannot go wrong if you check Google reviews. Very secure location, locked gate, building door and apartment. Everything you need is inside. AC in bedroom and fan in living room. Host is very nice, highly recommend. Gave four stars for communication because I don't speak French and Jocelyne speaks a little English but we managed to get it done through app translation. We would stay there again

This is a quiet area with lots of eateries, big and small supermarkets. Enough fruit/vegetable shops around this property. Close to tram 1 and main railway station. Good hot water, Wi-Fi. Enough pots and pans to cook meals. Enough bed sheets/towels. Newly renovated kitchen. View from the window also good, city/mountain Arab neighborhood. Around seven meat shops with all kinds of meat. TV has enough channels, but no English channels. We used our computer to check news.
