Maison de vacances idéale

Maison parfaite pour une semaine entre amis. A l'écart de tout, avec toutes les commodités nécessaires, et un extérieur incroyable, entre la grande piscine, le terrains de pétanque, la table de ping pong, etc., on ne peut pas s'ennuyer!

Vraiment un très bel endroit, une vue à couper le souffle sur les vignes et les collines, nous avons évidemment passer beaucoup de temps dans cette très jolie piscine (les enfants ont adoré). Nous n'avons manqué de rien et Catherine est très prévenante. La proximité de Carcès et de son Intermarché sont également un atout (à 5 min).

Prachtige en ontzettend rustige locatie

We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf in villa Barayons. Prachtige en ontzettend rustige locatie. De villa had alles wat we nodig hadden en bovendien was er een groot zwembad. Hoewel het een rustige locatie was, waren de grootwarenhuizen en bakkers slecht op 5 a 10 minuten rijden.

Getting away from it all

Fairly easy to find, only 5 minutes drive from nearest supermarket and village, the property is secluded and peaceful (apart from the occasional cacophony of cicadas but that’s the sound of the south of France). Mostly well-appointed throughout including nice crockery and glassware, but some kitchen items could do with being replaced/updated (chopping boards, frying pans), but on the whole a really lovely home overlooking a vineyard and backing onto a huge forest. Bring your bug repellent! Satellite TV - could only find French channels which wasn’t a problem for us, but something to keep in mind if you rely on it for keeping young ones entertained. Steep staircase to get to bedrooms, may be an issue for older or less mobile guests. Caretaker was attentive and friendly, prefers to speak in French, which was fine for us but might be a slight barrier for others. Overall a really lovely location, ideal for visiting the lake and coast via the many winding roads around the mountains and hills.

Un cadre idéal pour un séjour relaxant

Nous avons passé un séjour très reposant dans un cadre propice. Le calme, la vue, la piscine : tout était réuni pour ravir les enfants, leurs parents et grands-parents. La maison et la propriété sont pleinement fonctionnelles, très propres et bien entretenues.

Villa excentrée et de style espagnole

Tres bon accueil de leila Maison completement isolee a notre gout Interieur et exterieur au top Jeux et produits de premiere nécessité présents Petit bemol: manque de rideau occultant. Et une chambre bleue sans volets ni rideau occultant. Et nous nous aimons la nature mais la enormement de mouches et de fourmis en interieur : la campagne.

Ein wunderbares Haus für eine Familie mit Kindern

Vielen Dank für diese wunderschöne Woche in ihrem charmanten abgelegenen Landhaus in der Nähe von Carcès. Für uns als Familie mit zwei Kindern im Teenageralter war das Haus mehr als ideal. Großzügig, ruhig - ohne direkte Nachbarn und trotzdem sehr intim. Den riesigen Garten, den großen sauberen Pool, die hochwertige Tischtennisplatte und den Bouleplatz haben wir absolut genossen. Sehr geschätzt haben wir zudem den großen überdachten Außensitzplatz vor dem Haus und die gute Ausstattung der Küche. Unser großes Dankeschön geht vor allem auch an Leila und ihren Mann, die uns bei der Ankunft sehr herzlich empfangen haben und uns zum Abschied sogar Starthilfe geben mussten- unsere Autobatterie hatte ihren Geist aufgegeben ; ) Wir würden dieses Haus jederzeit weiterempfehlen : )

Séjour au top !

Nous avons passé un très chouette séjour, la maison est bien aménagée et bien équipée (une serviette de cuisine et ce serait parfait!), les extérieurs sont vastes et très agréables. Les contacts avec la propriétaire et la personne qui nous a reçus étaient simples et agréables. Nous recommandons !

Environnement correspondant à notre recherche isolement au milieu des vignes avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes, mais proche de jolis petits villages . Maison bien équipée fonctionnelle et agréable . Belle piscine, grand et beau terrain Seul bémol la 4 ème chambre qui ne peut convenir qu'à de jeunes enfants et reste trop petite ( plutot cabine) . Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans un paysage superbe

Vacances d’été entre amis

Nous avons loué cette propriété au mois d’août 2021 avec un jeune groupe d’amis. Le propriétaire est très arrangeant et répond rapidement aux messages. Pour ce qui est du cadre, il est dépaysant : on est seuls au monde (ou presque😁) ! La maison quant à elle, est très bien équipée et propre. Nous avons manqué de rien pendant notre séjour : piscine, table de ping-pong, terrain de pétanques, terrain de volley… l’idéal pour profiter entre amis ou en famille sans forcément bouger de la maison. Pour ce qui est des alentours, il faut prendre la voiture pour visiter mais cela nous a pas dérangé ! Dans l’ensemble nous sommes satisfaits du séjour.

Globalement, séjour très agréable. Maison parfaitement équipée.Piscine au top, grand jardin et ventilateurs dans les chambres, ce qui est très appréciable. Quatrième chambre exiguë et sans fenêtre, salle de bains en enfilade entre deux chambres.

Un séjour super agréable dans un lieu unique

L'accueil de MME Faluomi à été très agréable, et elle nous a parfaitement introduit dans toutes les facilités de la maison et de la piscine. La maison est bien équipée et on avait tout de ce qu'on avait besoin. Les repas sur la veranda les matins et soirs étaient inoubliables, avec une vue sur les vignobles de la région. On a pleinement profité de la très belle piscine avec suffisemment de matelas et parasols. (On était deux personnes respectivement 4 la 3ième semaine) Les chambres étaitent jolies les lits confortables, et pour 4 personnes même 6 la maison présente assez de place. Les 2 salles de bains étaient évidemment très utiles et pratiques. En résumé nous avons été très satisfait de notre séjour avec l'intention de bien vouloir y retourner.

jolie propriété calme avec un parc immense une piscine superbe le seul bémol la chambre Vanille qui ne peut pas être considérée comme une chambre mais un renfoncement fermer avec une fenêtre donnant dans la montée d'escalier pour quatre couples de plus de 60 ans ça ne le fait pas la maison est très bien équipée vaisselle barbecue etc..... à conseiller pour 3 couples et des enfants

Vacances entre amis au milieu des terres provençales

Séjour à plusieurs couples d’amis, entre 25 et 30 ans avec un bébé : des supers vacances. Le Barayon convenait entièrement à la description ; nous avons passé nos journées dans la piscine qui est très grande, autour de la grande tablée extérieure qui est sur la terrasse ombragée et près du terrain de pétanque. Une table de Ping Pong est également disponible ainsi que des vélos. Les premiers voisins sont loins et nous avons donc l’impression d’être seul au monde face aux vignes et bercés par le chant des cigales. Malgré cela, le village est à 3km avec toutes les commodités (intermarché, tabac, boulangerie, pompe à essence etc). La maison, et surtout la cuisine, est un peu petite mais nous avons finalement plutôt vécus dehors pendant une semaine et cuisiné près du barbecue. Un petit bémol : l’absence de clim ou a minima, de ventilateurs disponibles, notamment pour les nuits à l’étage où il faisait très chaud en cette période. C’est une adresse que nous allons garder précieusement !
