El apartamento inmejorable su ubicación y la terraza que tiene donde disfrutar de los atardeceres espectaculares de Chipiona. Al apartamento no le falta de nada. Por poner una pega, la wifi era pública y cada poco tiempo se desconectaba y logarse de nuevo era trabajo imposible por lo q la Tele de la habitación no se podía ver, pero en realidad tampoco lo necesitamos. Nani y el anfitrión muy atentos a cualquier cosa que necesitamos. De 10. Gracias por vuestra amabilidad y trato exquisito. Volveremos seguro

Die Wohnung ist klein, aber fein. Sie liegt ganz nahe am Strand, Supermärkte und Restaurants sind leicht zu Fuss erreichbar. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Der Balkon ist phantastisch! Jeden Abend gab es Sonnenuntergang live. Grillen kann man, dank des Tischgrills, auf dem Balkon auch. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir würden gerne wieder dort Urlaub buchen.

Appartement très bien situé avec une très belle vue . MAIS le parking mentionné est le parking PUBLIC , payant et sursaturé en été (le stationnement à Chipiona en été est un vrai problème).La petite chambre , au Sud , est un vrai four en été . Le store vertical sur la terrasse n'était plus là , le store du toit de la terrasse avait 2 bandes déchirées . L'entretien en général n'était pas très fignolé (linge de maison non rangé, pots de sucre? de farine ? de sel ? complètement desséchés et à moitié vides et l'équipement juste un peu mieux que sommaire . Bref , un endroit qui pourrait être merveilleux mais qui est cher par rapport à la réalité : les photos sont trompeuses !

"Les - : Appartement avec...

"Les - : Appartement avec une décoration très personnelle. Trop de poussière, surtout pour des personnes allergiques ou asthmatiques. La plage juste en face sert essentiellement à la pêche. Vous ne retrouverez pas à Chipiona l''ambiance de Séville. Les +: Bien situé: pas loin des plages, balcon avec vue sur mer, calme. Ville sympathique avec de bons eptites restos pas chers. Accès à d''autres villes en bus. Bon rapport qualité-prix."

Quiero indicar que en Chipiona hay diferentes playas con diferentes lonjitudes (la ballena 1 km, las tres piedras 500m, Regla 3km, el faro 200 m, las canteras 100m, el castillito 100m y la cruz del mar 800m) la playa de las canteras está justo enfrente es pequeña pero se encuentra protejida por los corrales (construcciones de canto hechas por los romanos hace 2000 años y que son grandes piscinas naturales en pleamar) la playa del faro está a escasos 200m y a continuación la gran playa de regla, la del castillito está situada en el lado opuesto a escasos 200m y un poco mas a la izquierda la de la cruz del mar. Respecto a la actividad pesquera en los famosos corrales solo se realiza de caña y marisqueo a pie por lo que mas que un inconveniente es un pequeño atractivo.

"El apartamento está estupendo. El equipamiento es perfecto, no necesitas llevar absolutamente nada, sólo ganas de descansar y relajarte a lo que contribuye las maravillosas puestas de sol que se disfrutan desde la terraza. Situado en una zona muy bien comunicada cerca de tiendas de todo tipo, supermercados, bares, etc. Un sitio muy tranquilo e ideal para unas buenas vacaciones.Muy recomendable. A lo que acompaña el pueblo de Chipiona que me ha parecido precioso."
