Can Bajoca 2 is a charming villa located in Pollença, in a particularly peaceful rural setting offering a high level of privacy, at the foot of the impressive mountains that define this area of northern Mallorca. Right next to it is Can Bajoca 1, a neighbouring villa almost identical in size, plot and facilities, making both properties an ideal option for families or groups of friends who wish to travel together while still enjoying their own private space.

The villa is comfortably laid out on a single level. Upon entering, you are welcomed into a spacious and bright open-plan living and dining area with different ambiences, seamlessly connected to a fully equipped open kitchen. From here, there is direct access to the porch, the garden and the private 4 x 9 metre swimming pool, surrounded by lawn, creating a perfect indoor–outdoor living experience.

The property offers three double bedrooms, two with twin beds and one with a double bed, all equipped with air conditioning, as well as two full bathrooms.

Outside, guests can enjoy a pleasant barbecue area, terrace and covered porch next to the pool, with beautiful views of the mountains — an ideal setting for long, relaxing evenings outdoors.

Like Can Bajoca 1, both villas are located in a privileged setting, accessed via a quiet country lane with very few neighbours, ensuring a true sense of tranquillity, privacy and contact with nature.

Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity of Golf Pollença, just a few minutes’ drive away, while the renowned Alcanada Golf Course is located approximately 10 km away.

The location also allows easy access to some of the most iconic spots in northern Mallorca, such as the historic old town of Pollença, Cala Sant Vicenç and Puerto Pollensa, from where you can reach the spectacular Formentor Peninsula. Its dramatic cliffs, breathtaking panoramic views and winding road leading to the Formentor Lighthouse make it an unmissable experience.

This was the ideal villa for us somewhere away from the maddening crowds and central for exploring the beautiful island. The villa was clean and tidy with a well kept pool. Antonio and his colleagues were most helpful replying to all are queries quickly and positively. The entrance to the villa was up a narrow lane but this was not really a problem due to the lack of traffic. There is a loud dawn chorus that makes a great change from the noise of town life. It’s a beautiful vista from the back of the villa enclosed by forest covered cliffs home to Eagles and Buzzards. A beautiful and delightful retreat with the historical town of Pollenca a short drive away providing some great places to eat out. Would definitely consider going there again. Lovely finca. We stayed here as a couple with a baby. We loved the big garden with the pool, outside kitchen and the breathtaking views on the mountains where you could watch the eagles fly! It is in a very quiet area, but at the same time not far away from the pretty villages and lively beaches. Yes, the furniture is a bit outdated but we didn't mind because we were sitting outside all the time and it had everything we needed. Only downside we experienced was the double bed. It was very small, cranky and firm. We moved to the single beds and they were more comfortable. Oh, and the last part of the way to the house is very narrow to get trough with a car. So be prepared to show your best driving skills. Contact with planetvillas went very pleasantly. Also easy to check in with the key box. Overall, we were happy to stay in this house and we would't mind booking again.

Die Unterkunft liegt traumhaft schön im hinterland mallorcas. der pool und die unterkunft sind sehr schön! an manchen stellen merkt man aber auch, dass die finca bereits ihre besten jahre hinter sich hat. für eine woche mit kindern am pool ist sie hervorragend. aber um komfort und sauberkeit muss man sich hier eher selber kümmern. schön wäre es gewesen, wenn solche dinge wie spülmaschinentabs, spülmittel oder gewürze und kaffee vorhanden wären. sonst muss man im vorhinein packungen kaufen, die nicht leer werden. alles in allem hatten wir einen hervorragenden aufenthalt.

Schöne Finca

Das Haus befindet sich in einem kleinen Areal, etwa 500 m von der Hauptstraße entfernt. Die Anfahrt ist holprig und der Weg zum Haus zum Schluss sehr eng. Mit einem kleinen Fahrzeug schafft man die Kurven mühelos. Parkmöglichkeit sind hinter dem Haus. Es gibt noch etwa fünf weitere Häuser in unmittelbarer Nähe: Nachbarn sind zu hören, aber nicht zu sehen. Auf einem Anwesen gibt es Tiere, auch einen Hahn, der aber leider keine Uhrzeiten kennt. Das Haus selbst war sauber und die Räume gut aufgeteilt. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel, allerdings konnte im Hauptschlafzimmer das Bett nicht zu zweit genutzt werden, da es geknarrt hat. Beide Badezimmer sind sauber und funktional. Die Küchenausstattung war eher mäßig. Es gab leider nur eine Mischung an Gläsern und Besteck, teils nicht vollständig, was nervig war, da wir daher viel mit der Hand spülen mussten, obwohl wir nur zu dritt waren. Hier könnte mal wieder in eine Grundausstattung investiert werden. Der Außenbereich war sehr schön angelegt und sehr sauber, was zum Entspannen einlud. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig kontrolliert und stets sauber gehalten. Eine Klimaanlage tropfte vom ersten Tag an, was wir sofort meldeten, allerdings wurde erst jemand vorbei geschickt, nachdem die zweite Klimaanlage ebenfalls tropfte und wir uns erneut gemeldet hatten. Insgesamt ein schönes Ferienhaus mit einigen kleinen Abstrichen, die den Aufenthalt aber nicht wesentlich beeinträchtigt haben.

Die Finca liegt sehr schön, ist - wir waren 2022 schon mal da - aber in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bett im ersten Schlafzimmer rechts quietscht bei jeder Umdrehung, das Poollicht war defekt, der Grilleinsatz ist durchgerostet und der Türgriff am Tor vorn war locker beziehungsweise ab. Außerdem bräuchte es in der Küche ein, zwei Strahler. Es ist zu dunkel. Hier müssten Sie unbedingt nachbessern. Vor allem beim Bett - wir haben sehr, sehr schlecht geschlafen.

Wieder sehr schön gewesen, für uns ist es wie nach Hause kommen. Sind jetzt zum 4ten Male im Bajoca 2 und sind sehr zufrieden. Service plantillas und der Eigentümerin sind absolut perfekt. Probleme und defekte Sache. Werden innerhalb 24h ausgeräumt. Wir sind auch nächstes Jahr wieder im Bajoca 2 und feiern unser 5tes Jahr im Haus. 😀

Betten sind katastrophal

Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen und so riecht es auch. Die Betten sind eine absolute Zumutung. Hart, man spürt jede Metalfeder und sie quiteschen. Bei jedem drehen hört man es. Wir mussten die Matratzen mit zusätzlichen Decken auspolstern, was minimal geholfen hat. Wer Schlaf oder körperliche Beschwerden hat, sollte dort nicht übernachten! Das schöne am Haus sind der Pool und die Terasse.

Excellent villa in peaceful location

A lovely, well-equipped villa in a very quiet area a few km outside Pollensa. A minor problem with the air-conditioning was resolved swiftly via the agent and owner. Note that access for anything larger than a smallish car is extremely difficult (if you are offered a hire car upgrade, decline it - we wish we had!).

Lovely villa in beautiful surroundings, car essential!

The property is in beautiful surroundings but the access road is very narrow, and our taxi transfer had to drop us off half way up the road with our suitcases because he met a car coming the other way, and after pulling over, he couldn’t make it all the way. The property is a little dated and only the bedrooms have air con (which was temperamental but dealt with efficiently by the owners), and no fans were supplied for the other living areas. The pool was great and well maintained, as were the gardens. We travelled with our two children and my parents and we all really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Ruhige Lage und viel Platz

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Osterwoche. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist etwas eng. Das Haus ist aber sehr schön ruhig am Hang gelegen. Wir hatten am ersten Tag ein paar Probleme (Warmwasser, Heizung, zusätzliche Decken), diese wurden aber von der Verwaltung am gleichen Tag beseitigt. Das war sehr gut. Was könnte noch besser sein: Die Matratzen waren etwas hart. ggf. sollte man die einmal austauschen. Alles in Allem ist das ein toller Ort zum Entspannen. Gern wieder.

Die Villa Ca´n Bajoca 2 hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Finca mit der überdachten Terrasse, großem Pool mit Grill und daneben überdachter Ablage war einfach nur toll. Oben an Hang mit Ausblick auf dem begrünten Berg und dieser Ruhe war sehr erholsam. Die Hauptstraße hört man gar nicht, nur Palmen im Wind, Ziegen usw. Die Innenausstattung war auch gut und die Küche gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man benötigt. Der Kontakt mit Villas Planet war über Mail sehr angenehm und später über WhatsApp. Der Schlüssel wurde in der Box am Haus hinterlegt und bei Abreise wieder von uns eingelegt. Die Kaution wurde innerhalb 2 Tage nach Abreise wieder erstattet. Einen Mietwagen benötigt man sowieso, am Besten ein Kleinwagen, da die Auffahrt eng ist. Die Nachbarn waren sehr nett und ruhig. Zum Supertmarkt oder Port de Pollenca war es nicht weit mit dem Auto. Sollten wir wieder nach Mallorca reisen, werden wir zuerst schauen, ob diese Villa wieder frei ist.
