Cosy family villa with pool and garden in quiet residential area , just 5 minutes walking from Sa Coma beach and downtown.



The house is spread over two floors, the exterior has a garden with lawn and a large swimming pool. Spacious and comfortable furnished porch.



Inside the house on the ground floor and has a comfortable separate lounge, large kitchen equipped with modern and direct access to the garden. As well has a porch and has a double bedroom with double bed and bathroom 1.50x2.00 output .



Upstairs is distributed with two double-rooms-all of them with extra bed and the other room 90x2.00 with separate beds 90x2.00. Both rooms share a large bathroom with separate shower.



The house has air conditioning in the 3 bedrooms, kitchen and living room.



Villa Gatoves, is a neighbour of this other house Villa Sofia, similar features four bedrooms, making it ideal for families who want to stay together but in his own home!



For golf players there are four different fields within 10 km: Pula Golf, and Golf Son Servera, at 10-15 minutes apart: Canyamel Golf, and Capdepera Golf.

Perfect Property

Fantastic clean property in a great location just a 5 minute walk to beach. Owner was also great and always there to help if needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Second time staying at this property we love it.The location is incredible got up for sunrise swims at the beach every day.we used the bbq couple of times as there are lots of lovely sitting areas.The poolIs brilliant for cooling off although is a deep pool with no shallow end but my kids aswelll as good swimmers enjoyed laying on the inflatables.Toni is so lovely and visits frequently to clean the pool and help with any thing.Will definitely go back!
