Time by the sea

We loved our stay. Highly recommend. The view from the balcony is unbeatable. Gardens are pretty and relaxing, with lovely loungers available. Hot tub was a lovely addition, watching the sun set.Host was very helpful. Handy use of washing machine.Two tiny suggestions: a mirror downstairs and chopping board for the kitchen would be useful additions.A wonderful location, with restaurants within walking distance, beach, and the train just minutes away! Top spot!

L’accueil des hôtes est très chaleureux. L’appartement est très bien agencé, on s’y sent comme chez soi. Ce séjours s’est merveilleusement bien passé, c’était pour nous une parenthèse enchantée La vue depuis le balcon est simplement spectaculaire. Tout est fait pour passer un excellent séjour, dépaysement assuré, endroit calme et reposant. Je recommande sans hésiter

Un logement exceptionnel par sa vue mer , l'impression d'étre dans un phare , inoubliable . La maison est magnifiquement entretenue , la mise à disposition du jardin est un vrai plus avec un sentier pour profiter de la mer à 200 m. L'appartement était très propre et parfaitement équipé . On vous remercie Me Boulin pour ce très bon séjour . Au plaisir de se revoir .

Emplacement extraordinaire !

Emplacement extraordinaire et balcon sur lequel on pourrait rester des heures. Propreté impeccable, propriétaires sympathiques et réactifs pour régler de mini problèmes. Bonne literie et équipements complets. Seules petites réserves : l'annonce ne mentionne pas que la chambre avec un lit double est en mezzanine donc pas fermée (ce qui n'empêche pas qu'elle est grande et bien agencée), et le lave-linge est "collectif" et limité à 2 jetons par semaine (mais on doit pouvoir acheter ou demander d'autres) pour le reste, location absolument parfaite !

Un séjour inoubliable

C’est notre 4ème séjour au Pays Basque mais le 1er à Bidart/ Guethary et il a été parfait. La maison est magnifique, bien entretenue, et au calme. Son jardin est très agréable, joliment aménagé et le petit chemin qui mène à la plage de Parlementia est très mignon. L’appartement en duplex est très fonctionnel avec une vraie petite cuisine, des chambres agréables, et une terrasse divine ! Et je termine par la vue qui est absolument magique dont on profite depuis la terrasse bien sûr mais aussi depuis la chambre en front d’océan et la cuisine aussi (cuisiner avec vue, c’est tellement chouette). On ne lasse pas de cette vue et ce quelque soit le moment de la journée et la météo ! Nous avons beaucoup circulé à pied dans Bidart et Guéthary pour les courses quotidiennes, les plages et les restaurants ! Les propriétaires sont très à l’écoute et disponibles en cas de question ou de besoin. Bref c’est une expérience que j’ai hâte de réitérer !!

Un séjour de rêve au pays basque!

Chaleureux accueil de la part des propriétaires, monsieur et madame Boulin. La maison est juste magnifique, avec un emplacement exceptionnel que lui confère sa pleine vue mer. L' appartement "le surfeur" est très agréable à vivre, confortable, avec des équipements de grande qualité, dont la literie. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Un séjour parfait

1 semaine en famille début Juillet. Appartement très agréable, vue époustouflante .... Sur l'Océan (et les surfeurs) de tous côtés ! Jardin très agréable et accès direct à une petite plage surveillée et familiale, ainsi qu'à son resto de plage très sympa ! Accès au centre de Guethary à pied en 5 min, Bidart pour les plus courageux en 20 min environ. Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires. Appartement propre et agréable, conforme aux photos. Nous recommandons vivement et nous y reviendrons probablement.

Séjour dépaysant - vue mer magnifique

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans l'un des appartements qui composent cette villa du front de mer. De la réservation au départ des lieux, l'accueil des propriétaires et la qualité des prestations du gite, ont totalement collés à nos attentes. Proprio sympa aimant parler et conseiller de bonnes adresses pour découvrir la région, mais sachant complètement être discret au besoin. L'appartement duplex que nous avions loué permet à une famille avec 2 enfants de loger de dans de très bonnes conditions. L appartement est très propre et joliment décoré. Il bénéficie d'un grand balcon idéal pour se restaurer au son des vagues (et en les contemplant d'ailleurs !). L'appartement voisin était en travaux. Nous n'avons donc souffert d'aucun vis à vis. Attention cependant, en cas de location du gite, il faut s'attendre à être exposé à d'autres locataires qui profiteront eux aussi de leur balcon, a qques mètres. Hormis ca super. Place de parking dans la villa. Très beau jardin. Et donc la situation géniale. Nous y reviendrons très probablement. Julien & Isabelle

Sêjour merveilleux a etche carola

La villa Etche Carola est une propriété dominant la mer.la vue est superbe pas de voisin pas de vis à vis,beaucoup de calme et un accueil aimable et prévenant. On peut se garer dans la propriété ce qui est important dans ce quartier., bref un séjour des plus agréables
