Apartment in beachfront Albaranas
Completely renovated apartment for 4 people right on the beach. Located on the first floor of a two-storey block. It is ideal for not having to use the car during holidays as there are supermarkets and restaurants in the surrounding area. The centre of Denia is just 1km walking distance.
The living-dining room with air conditioning opens onto a covered terrace with views of the iconic Denia Castle. It has satellite TV, fibre optic wifi, open kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave and electric cooker. The apartment has two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and air conditioning and the other with two single beds. The bathroom with shower is located in front of the rooms.
At the back, there is another terrace with garden views where the washing machine and fridge are located.
Public parking in front of the apartment.
In long-stay rates, electricity and heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets) are not included, nor wifi, bed sheets or towels. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.

Albaranas
Very helpful staff and treated very well especially on arrival, couldn't ask for better. This is the second time we have stayed here and have enjoyed it both times. Hopefully we will be back again. Everything is within walking distance of the apartment, and the views are great. it is in an area we feel safe in especially at night.
We asked if we could have a kettle in the kitchen to make tea and they provided one, we also asked for an extra set of keys, so that we could all come and go as we please. both these requests were fulfilled, making the stay better.
