About this property

The house is very simple, it has the entrance hall, the living room in which the TV and internet are, with a central table and 3 comfortable armchairs, the name of the network and the password to be able to be put on the Wifi device connect. The kitchen is all electric and on arrival it is explained in detail its operation and that of the heater. The bedrooms have large closets with hangers to place clothes and have an iron and ironing board in case you want to use it. The bathroom has hot and cold water and shelves to place utensils, in addition to having a hair dryer. On the terrace are the sunbeds for sunbathing and the table for a quiet lunch and dinner. Total a house to enjoy.

Excellent location, very clean & very well equipped. Jose was a very nice man to deal with.

We are familiar with the area so we knew exactly where the apartment was. It is extremely well equipped and a family of four would be fine in this 2 bedroomed apt. We didn't cook or do much in the apartment but the location is 2 mins walk to the beach and even closer to the nearest supermarket. No complaints at all in fact, Jose was willing to let us stay on later as we departed in the evening. just two thinks to note...there are no english speaking channels on the tv (didn't bother us!) and there are no sea/beach views. In Feb, the balcony got the sun from about 8.30am - about 5.30pm. You are right beside all shops and restaurants and it is quiet in the evenings after 10pm.

Zentral, gute Einrichtung, großer Balkon, nachts Stadtgeräusche

Die zentrale Lage (auch nah am Hafen) hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Kurze Wege und Aufzug, daher gut geeignet bei Einschränkungen.

Schönes Apartment!

Es gibt alles,was man braucht! Schönes Apartment in sehr guter Lage. Die Umgebung ist etwas laut, dafür hat man kurze Wege in schöne Restaurants.

Nice apartment in the town centre near to the beach

The apartment had a well kitted out kitchen with lots of cooking utensils. There was a good sized balcony that had the sun all day. The balcony was big enough for 2 sunbeds and a table for 4. There is a good sized shower room with a large shower cubicle. There is free wifi but the signal is not very strong. As you would expect of a town centre apartment, there was noise during the night. However we just put the ceiling fan on and slept undisturbed. We would consider using this apartment again
