Atmospheric and detached house with stunning views over Pescia, your nearest neighbor is at 500 meters! The house has everything you would expect from a modern holiday home; comfortably furnished in a rural area surrounded by olive trees and forest. Outside a private swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 2.00 m ) with sun beds, covered terrace with barbecue and authentic pizza oven.
There is WiFi, 2 TV (1 with satellite), DVD. Modern kitchen with large dining table, equipped with induction cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and fridge / freezer. On first floor washing machine and tumble dryer, iron.

Or the well known leaning tower of Pisa (45 km), famous spa town of Montecatini Terme (7 km) with its 18-hole golf course, Pistoia (25 km), the medieval splendor of Lucca (15 km), the beaches of Viareggio (40 km) and the cultural treasures of Florence (50 km).

Beautiful house, great view

The house is beautiful, well maintained and all inclusive. Kitchen has all amendments, there are plenty of bedrooms, beds, bathrooms etc. Outside is a nice covered area, huge garden and the beautiful pool. The view is breathtaking. Some comments on the location. The road up the house is very narrow (1 car wide, often need to reverse to let another car through) and steep, inexperienced drivers may feel uncomfortable on this. The description of the location is limited, adding the address in google maps will bring you to a different town... Please make sure you request the correct GPS co-ordinates that you can enter into Google.

We travelled here with friends (6 adults and 6 children). We really enjoyed our stay in this unique house right up in the Tuscan hills above Pescia, which is a great town. The house was really spacious and had everything we needed, although I hadn't realised that it didn't have air conditioning and there were no fans so we had a few very hot nights. The pool was fantastic, the outside eating area with pizza oven and bbq too. The decor was not entirely to our taste, but that didn't detract from our enjoyment. The single track road / track up to the villa was made up of multiple hairpin bends and it was very bumpy (a bit hairy in a hire car), so it added around 10-15 minutes to any journey getting up/down from the villa to the town. We did, however enjoy seeing the wild boar whilst driving up it at dusk and dark! We had quite a few thunderstorms so lost water one evening, our host was immediately responsive and the problem was sorted really quickly. All in all a great stay, thank you

Stunning Rural Retreat

All eight of us that holidayed here are all in 100% agreement that we have had the best two weeks holiday and this beautiful hill side villa is a big part of that. The villa is very spacious, the photos on the listing don’t do the place full justice. Having four separate bathrooms and a downstairs loo was a massive plus especially with two families of four all under one roof. Because of the amount of rooms and space the place never felt cramped and as for the surrounding garden space and alfresco dining area with panoramic views, simply stunning. We enjoyed many an evening cooking pizza or lasagne in the wood fired pizza oven or using the inbuilt BBQ. The pool steals the show though, yes there is a short gradient walk but it’s quite nice to have it as a completely different space within the garden, you head down there with all you need enjoy time sunbathing and take a very refreshing dunk in the pool to cool off taking in the simply stunning views, especially at sunset. Would recommend using mosquito repellent just before sunset plus the mosquito coils that give off smoke for alfresco dining and the plug in repellent’s for the bedrooms at night so you can keep the windows open on those warm nights. The drive up from Pecia is a narrow and winding road and the very last part up to the villa is a unmade road but after you’ve driven it up and down once it becomes second nature and easy. Would holiday here again in a heartbeat. Love it! Thank you so much from us all.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, ein großes Haus mit guter Ausstattung, wir haben nichts vermisst. Großer Pool, großes Grundstück, toller Blick über die Berge, schöne große Terrasse. Toll war auch der Pizzaofen. Wir waren 12 Personen und hatten alle Platz :-) Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

Schönes Haus mit tollem Pool

Mooi huis met prachtig uitzicht

Algemeen een heel mooi huis, goed voorzien en proper. Zeer ruim en slaapplaats voor groepen met meer dan 10 personen. Het zwembad is mooi en verzorgd en heeft een schitterend uitzicht maar ligt wel iets verder van het huis. De overdekte ruimte buiten met pizza oven en bbq is perfect voor lange avonden aan door te brengen. Enige grote nadeel voor ons was de ligging van huisje bovenop de berg, de weg ernaartoe is met momenten onverhard en zeer steil wat voor ons als groep fietsers een serieus struikelblok was om vlot te kunnen starten aan onze tochten. Met de auto op en af naar de winkel ben je toch ook al snel 45 min onderweg wat soms vervelend kan zijn en wat extra planning vraagt. Even spontaan uit eten in de avond hebben wij hierdoor ook niet gedaan. Maar zolang je van plan bent vooral tijd door te brengen in en rondom het huisje is het zeker een aanrader!!

Absolute Ruhe Garantie

Das Haus liegt in einer absolut traumhaften Lage in den Hügeln von Pescia. Es ist das letzte Haus dort oben und der Weg dorthin ist auf dem letzten Stück etwas holprig. Wie uns eine freundliche einheimische Dame gesagt hat , „Hier treffen schmale italienische Straßen auf große deutsche Autos 😊“. Es war aber selbst für unser breites Auto kein Problem wenn Gegenverkehr kam. Es gibt Ausweichmöglichkeiten und gegebenenfalls muss man mal ein paar Meter rückwärts fahren. Das Haus mit seinem großen Grundstück ist wirklich ein Ort der Erholung. Die Ausstattung ist gut, doch leider merkt man, dass manche Gäste nicht gerade zimperlich mit dem Inventar (insbesondere Küche, Töpfe Geschirr) umgehen. Der dazugehörige Pool ist wirklich ein Traum und war außerordentlich gut gepflegt. Wir waren Alle begeistert und haben ihn ausgiebig bei tollem Wetter genießen können. Wir haben tolle Vögel wie Bienenfresser, Schwalben und Bussarde beobachten können und einmal hatten wir Abends Besuch von einem Dachs, der bei unserem Augenschein sofort wieder geflüchtet ist. Wir können allen Erholungssuchenden dieses Haus nur empfehlen und wenn es noch ein bisschen günstiger wäre, würden wir bestimmt wieder herkommen. Außer man reist mit einer zweiten Familie an, das Haus hat ja viel Platz. Aber für eine Familie alleine ist es doch etwas kostenintensiv.

Superbe maison dans les montagnes

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette grande maison perchée dans les montagnes. La maison est très bien équipé tant en terme de services (lits, cuisines, ...) pour le nombre de personnes qu'en terme de loisirs (piscine, baby-foot, ping-pong,....). Vous ne devriez pas vous ennuyer dans cette maison qui reste proche de Pise et de Florence malgré sa localisation. Un petit bémol sur l'accès à la piscine qui est un peu abrupte (mais qui vaut le coup, le paysage est magnifique). De même les informations d'arriver et de départ dans le logement sont quasiment inexistantes sur l'annonce et les échanges avec le propriétaire sont assez sommaires et uniquement en italien. Attention à la voiture que vous prenez pour accéder à la maison car les derniers kilomètres de font dans un chemin de montage un peu cabossé.

4Erwachsene, 6Kinder- genug Platz für alle. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist hervorragend. Herrliche Umgebung mit interessanten tierischen Beobachtungen (Eidechsen, Fuchs, Wildschweinen, Hirsche). Der Pool bietet dank eines großen Baumes auch schattige Ecken. Für den wundervollen Ausblick sollte man die 15minütige Endstrecke ohne zu zögern in Kauf nehmen. Vielen Dank.

Schönes Haus mit tollem Pool

Wir haben die 2 Wochen in der Toskana sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und bietet genügend Platz für 12 Personen. Die Küche ist funktionell ausgestattet. Es könnten ggf. mehr Kühlmöglichkeiten geschaffen werden. Wenn man mit 12 Personen vor Ort ist wird es eng mit den Kühlmöglichkeiten für Speisen und Getränke. Das Highlight ist der 12x6 Meter große Pool und der mit Holz befeuerte Pizzaofen. Diese wurde sehr oft genutzt. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist allerdings beschwerlich. Da sich das Haus im Berg befindet, benötigt man ca. 15 Minuten für die Auffahrt der letzten 4km mit dem Auto. Die Straße ist teilweise nicht befestigt und schmal. Von Pescia kann man sehr viele Ausflüge z.B. nach Florenz, Pisa, Lucca oder San Gimignano machen. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden. Der Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer und dem Betreuer war toll. Es wurde sehr schnell auf Fragen oder sonstige Sachen geantwortet und gehandelt. Wir können dieses Haus mit tollem Blick vom Pool und Garten ins Tal weiterempfehlen.

Très belles vacances en famille dans un cadre magnifique

Nous étions une famille de 12 (7 adultes et 5 enfants) et la maison était très spacieuse, très propre et très bien équipée. Le propriétaire n'étant pas présent, nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par les voisins qui étaient disponibles pour nous en cas de besoin. La maison jouissait d'une belle piscine et se trouvait dans un cadre magnifique. Nous avons pu faire de nombreuses visites (Florence, Pise, Lucca, mer). La maison est à l'écart de la ville de Pescia (5 km) et son accès se fait par une petite route sinueuse sillonnant dans les collines et pas très bien entretenue, il faut donc être vigilant et prendre son temps (compter 15 minutes). SUPER DESTINATION!
