The house is decorated with excellent taste to enjoy a pleasant holiday in a paradise. Waterfront and facing south, which will have sun almost all day on the large terrace, ideal for most of the day
The beach is is opposite the beach of La Concha and is suitable for swimming and safely. There is a long ideal for walking with its bars and restaurants for an enjoyable evening Avenue.

Schimmelpilzbefall der Wände

Es gab starken Schimmelbefall an den Wänden im 2. Schlafzimmer und im großen Bad über dem Wandspiegel. Dieses wurde innerhalb von 12 Stunden moniert. Reaktion der Gastgeberin war, das die FeWo sauber sei. Der Hinweis auf Gesundheitsgefährdung, wurde ignoriert. Gastgeberin schickte daraufhin am nächsten Tag einen Maler und FeWo Hilfestelle war nicht zuständig. Wir haben trotz allem das Beste aus unserem Urlaub gemacht. Insgesamt zunächst optisch schöne Wohnung. Küche ist gut ausgestattet. In den Badezimmern wären neue Toilettenbürsten dringend fällig. Die Schlafzimmertür des Doppelbettzimmers schleift und quietscht, so das es unvermeidbar ist, bei nächtlichem Toilettengang andere Bewohner nicht zu wecken… habe ja im Wohnzimmer geschlafen, da das 2. Schlafzimmer nicht nutzbar war. Was wirklich toll war, das war die Terrasse mit dem Ausblick. Fazit: Für uns wird es dort kein nächstes Mal geben.

Great terrace

A second stay in this house, generally comfortable. Bathrooms would benefit from some upgrading. Kitchen is workable, but would somebody please buy a proper toaster. Would be good for the hot tub to be cleaned and filtered for guests arriving. The barbecue tray needs replaced and elevated. We would still return as we love the quiet location.

Peaceful break

For us an excellent location with good sea views. Had everything on my wish list apart from air conditioning, but no real problem in November. Big old jacuzzi bath and a very small shower kept us clean. Good for walking, shops, restaurants and transport so didn't bother with a car on this visit. Very restful holiday.

Wohlfühlhaus

Wir verbrachten 17 sonnig warme Dezembertage in diesem schönen Haus am Meer. Es liegt super: direkt an der schönen, ruhigen Promenade, ein paar Schritte vom leeren Strand entfernt, in ruhiger Nachbarschaft. Das Haus bietet alles, was man braucht, um sich wohl zu fühlen. Zwei Wermutstropfen gibt es dennoch: der schöne Meerblick über die Conchabucht ist von der Terrasse aus nicht mehr so zu genießen, wie auf dem Foto abgebildet, denn die Trennmauer zum Nachbarn wurde um einiges erhöht. Nur stehend sieht man auf das offene Meer. Und die Duschkabine im kleinen Bad ist wirklich winzig, was sogar schlanke Personen vor Herausforderungen stellt. Alternativ in der großen Wanne sitzend zu duschen, erwies sich als unbequem. Dennoch ist es sehr leicht, sich Zuhause zu fühlen und der Abschied fiel uns schwer.
