Casa Jaime, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms villa with private pool & mountain views.

Situated in the Los Pocillos area of Puerto Del Carmen, this typical Canarian style villa is conveniently located in a very private location within easy walking distance of 350m to the beach, shops, restaurants and bars.

The detached villa is accessed down a short side walk from Calle Hungria road. The front gate opens onto a large and sunny plot (520 sqm) with a secluded south facing swimming pool, heated in winter. The villa is located in the centre of the plot and sun is available all day long.

The outside terrace has a comfortable seating area under a pergola which is ideal for a morning coffee or an early evening drink and the patio area is equipped with a new barbecue.

The front door opens onto the living area and open plan fully equipped new kitchen with new appliances. A short corridor leads to the bedrooms and the bathroom. There is a separated utility room with a new washing machine.

The Master Bedroom has a Super King bed and ensuite shower room with walk-in shower, air conditioning and built in wardrobe.

Bedroom 2 has two Twin beds, air conditioning and built in wardrobes.
The second bathroom is equipped with a bath and an overhead shower.

The villa is equipped with an electronic alarm and CCTV system.
The villa has free wifi and a TV system with international, movies and sports channels.

Great place

A lovely place with plenty of room. The outside area is particularly pleasant, with great views. A short walk to the sea and restaurants and not too far to walk into the heart of Puerto del Carmen. Highly recommended.

Fantastic wee villa, very well equipped. Everything works perfectly and the place is spotlessly clean.In a great area, very quiet but close enough to shops, bars e.t.c. to mean you can get by without hiring a car.Conor answered any questions quickly and was a great host.

Wonderful stay at this property, very comfortable bed - big plus! Walk in shower ideal. Lovely outdoor area with plenty spaces to sit either in shade or sun. High quality appliances, linens and outdoor furniture. Would definitely return.

Excellent Villa in good location

The Villa is well equipped and maintained with very private and spacious grounds. It is located in a quiet area of Puerto Del Carmen, within walking distance of the beach. Pool size is generous. Excellent communication with owner and local agent. Thoroughly recommended and hope to re-visit in the future.

Lovely Villa photos don't do it justice.

My wife and I enjoyed the private and secure location of this villa. There was just the two of us however the internal rooms are generously proportioned with good space for a family of four. All areas were really clean and well equipped and professionally presented. The queen size bed in the main bedroom was most comfortable and much better than some I've had in hotels also bedding is of of a good standard.Air con was excellent.A welcome pack of milk water and bottle of wine when we arrived was much appreciated. Ample parking in the roadway just outside for our hire car though the car is not needed if you enjoy a short stroll to restaurants bars in Los Picollos or more 20-30 minute energetic and lively outing into Playa Del carmen The heated pool a decent size was cleaned twice during our weeks stay and warm enough of to swim in without gritting your teeth as can happen this time of year.There are different sunbathing/sitting areas around the villa all with plenty of sunbeds armchairs and tables so you can find the sun anytime of the day.As my above title says the pictures certainly do not do this lovely villa justice.

Perfect….great location!

With two teenage girls finding their independent, the location was perfect for both beach and shops. 5 minute drive to Puerto del Carmen which had a wonderful beach, great shops, and a big choice of restaurants. Conor (owner) and Louise (manager) were great when we had issues, all resolved to full satisfaction 😁 Totally recommend and we will definitely be going back!! Thank you Conor and Louise x

Although we experienced a problem with the property which wasn’t anything anyone could have foreseen we still had a wonderful holiday. Louise and Tony, Property Management were absolutely amazing and were in constant contact with us, we missed them when the problem was resolved 😂. The villa has everything you need to enjoy your holiday and is in a lovely part of Lanzarote. We would definitely go back for another holiday to Casa Jaime.

Great week

Recently stayed here for a week, just my wife and I. Booking process and communication with both owner and manager swift and efficient. We arrived earlier than check in but villa was ready for us ( we did pre discuss) and that was very accommodating of the owner and much appreciated by us. Tonnes of outdoor space, 6 loungers, 3 seperate parasols, a shaded area by the door, loads of seats and tables and an excellent pool. Think it went from 0.9m to 1.4m. villa was supplied with a welcome pack that saved us an immediate rush to shops, again, much appreciated. Beds were super comfy, shower was great, a/c worked great in both bedrooms and was provided free. TV appeared to have all your usual apps, netflix prime etc but we probably only had it on for half an hour all week. Nice extras like beach towels provided and shopping trolley (bag with wheels, not a cart!) I can't think of anything bad to say. Highly recommended this villa. It is a ten minute walk down to spar end of the strip but we knew this before booking and wasn't an issue. Thanks again all, already tried to book a return trip but fully booked! We will be back.

Just Perfect

Having visited Lanzarote since 2010, I can honestly say that Casa Jamie is by far the best accommodation we have stayed in. It has fantastic outside space with several different areas for chasing or avoiding the sun should you wish. There are also several areas for outside dining and the pool is the perfect size for 2 or 4 people. Inside is great with the ideal size bedrooms, plenty coat hangers, (many don't) a good kitchen and living area and the air con in the bedrooms was a life saver! We received a generous welcome pack which was much appreciated. It was also good to see that if things have been left by previous guests, like olive oil, spices, salt etc, these were all there so you weren't starting from scratch like others we have stayed in. The location is perfect for the part of PDC that we prefer so no taxis were required except for our 2 visits up to the Old Town to eat. We had a car, although you certainly don't need one, and there's plenty on-street parking available. I can highly recommend Casa Jamie and hope to book again for 2024 and will be doing so quickly as it's very popular. If I had to criticise anything, it would only be that it would be good if the outside area could be swept (there were lots of leaves off the trees/plants and with the wind they go everywhere) and washed a couple of times a week but it certainly didn't spoil our stay. Very well laid out ,cleanKitchen - everything you need Lounge good size although light bulbs need sorting in lounge ceiling light - one had blown one flickered and also different colours in bulbs that’s me being fussy .Bedrooms very good Pool area good and ample seating and umbrellas and pool towels tooNear to beach and restaurants. Bus close by and taxis too We went by bus to Arrecife busses very easy to use villa Very private and quiet and close to airport

A great find.

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Casa Jaime. All communication was fantastic and nothing was a problem. The villa is situated in a great position with plenty shops and wonderful restaurants an easy 10-15 mins walk away (5 mins to the shop at the bottom of the road and beach). It took us 6 mins in a taxi from the airport - perfect. The outdoor space is fabulous and there is so much space. The photos definitely don’t do it justice. We loved all the loungers, eating areas and sun umbrellas. The house had everything we needed (including a shopping trolley). The welcome pack was much appreciated. We would highly recommend this lovely private villa. Thank you.

Perfect

Having stayed at Casa Jaime last September we had no hesitation in booking again for our latest visit to Lanzarote. The villa is perfectly located with a short walk to the nearest amenities and if you don’t have a car then a shopping trolly is available to use. The villa itself is perfect for a couple but would equally suit a family of 4 with 2 spacious bedrooms with air-con which you really appreciate! From the initial confirmation of booking with owner Conor to Louise, the local contact, the whole process of booking is handled professionally and quickly. It’s a real ‘home from home’ and if you want to stay in and cook, everything is there that you could possibly need. The outside space is brilliant and you can lie in the sun all day or sit comfortably in the shade. The villa is very private and the area very peaceful. Just waiting for flight information for next September and we will be back for our 3rd visit to this fantastic property.
