Villa Olivier is a Spanish style beautiful villa with new pebble tec heated pool.Located in Los Pocillios, Puerto del Carmen. Set in a peaceful location,Olivier is just five minutes walking distance from the beach, shops & restaurants. This exquisite villa is tastefully furnished, with Granite floors throughout. Air-conditioning ( also heats) in the lounge which is metered. There is a beautiful lounge and dining area, with a 55” flat screen TV, full Internet TV package including sports & movies.Free WI FI, iPod bluetooth docking station DVD, alarm, safe. Two bedrooms,one with a King size bed and the other with two single beds, both with ceiling fans. The main bathroom has a walk in shower, twin wash hand basins set in marble while the second bathroom also has a walk in shower plus a single wash hand basin.
The villa offers a fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer/dishwasher/oven/hob, In the utility there is washing/machine/iron/board dry area. A complimentary welcome pack is provided for our guests upon arrival. We provide a weekly maid & towel service with bed linen change. Outside there is a private Heated 9 x 5m swimming pool biologically cleaned requiring no chemicals plus a pool table and darts. There is a granite dining table and chairs with rattan lounge sofa and coffee table complimented by the volcanic rock lined garden, pool area and patio with outdoor bbq and a pleasant sea view from the covered terrace.

Great villa in a great location

Lovely villa close to beach and amenities. Easy communication with the owner both before and during trip. Villa had everything you could think of and a great welcome pack. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Beautiful villa

Stayed on 29th July for a week. First stay in a villa and it was best holiday we've had. Pool wonderful and added pool table,dart board and WiFi kept everyone entertained. Lovely welcome pack. Debs and Carl kept villa and pool lovely and clean. Short distance from beach and shops and bars 10 minutes away. Perfect location less than 10 minutes from airport. Definitely recommend 10/10 Thank you Danny and Eleanor.

Villa Olivier 5*

Villa Olivier is in a perfect location for a short walk to the busier area of Puerto del Carmen and the quieter area of Matagorda. The Villa is of very high standard and is obviously the owners own holiday retreat with quality furnishings, TV, sound systems and great kitchen appliances. A beautiful warm pool with sun loungers in a perfect sun spot. BBQ, Pool Table and Darts make this the place to just chill out for the whole day. In the evenings there is a covered outside-inn with soft rattan seating. Villa Olivier is an oasis in a very nice area.

Myself and my partner had a wonderful week at Villa Olivier, it was beautiful, very much home from home. The villa itself had everything that you needed and we were welcomed by a large hamper containing all the essentials and more, the wine went down a treat!!! The villa is in easy walking distance of many restaurants and bars and a local supermarket where you can stock up on provisions. We found some lovely restaurants in Playa Matagorda if you don't mind a stroll along a beautiful beach (15/20mins) and then heading towards Peurto Del Carmen there were hundreds of places to eat and drink. Communication was amazing from both Don the villa owner and Debs who is based on the island. We had a great time! Also just to mention the pool is gorgeous! I would highly recommend Villa Olivier when visiting Lanzarote.

Absolute bliss

Villa Olivier was absolutely wonderful and a very welcome post lockdown retreat! It was exactly as described in the reviews and the location was amazing. The owners couldn't have been more helpful and we loved the welcome basket of goodies. It was very thoughtful and much appreciated. Get away from the UK winter

We spent a month at the villa On arrival the instruction of how to get into the property were easy to follow with no hitches and there was a welcome basket of goodies The property was spacious and quickly we felt at home It is in a good location just a short walk to the promenade where there is plenty of scope for walking, cycling or hiring a fun scooter, electric bike or just sitting taking in the views Easy reach of a large choice of restaurants or supermarkets Good size pool and sunbathing area maintained regularly. Cleaners change bedding and towels twice a week If you hire a car you are pretty central on the island and can easily get to any of the site seeing locations Definitely want to return

Villa Olivier Perfect

Our first words when entering the property were WOW. It is beautiful. The pool was a great size and was warm. The kitchen had everything that was needed. Bedrooms were a good size with comfy beds. It was spotlessly clean. The cleaners came in midweek and did a great job. Sky tv football was a bonus for the men and so was the pool table. The Villa was only a 5 minute walk from the sea and there were many great bars and restaurants nearby. Hope to return when we visit Lanzarote again. Danny and Eleanor kept in touch from booking to leaving making sure everything went smoothly.

Superb Villa.

Beautiful Villa,Highest quality furniture and decor. Totally private pool area. Fabulous heated pool. Great shaded outside area for relaxing and dining. Excellent and friendly customer service from villa owner Danny. When in Los Pocillos it will only be Villa Olivier for us.

Amazing Villa

Our stay at Villa Olivier was nothing short of perfect. It's just like home from home there with all the home comforts. Since Danny has taken over from Eric he has continued improving the Villa with Glass windows on the patio, which is a great improvement. We will certainly be returning to the Villa next year. The Perfect Getaway

What a fabulous little gem we have just had the pleasure of holidaying in. Villa Olivier is one of the most perfect villas we have ever stayed in. From start to finish and all the lovely little touches, makes Villa Olivier unique. For a 2 bedroom villa, the space inside and the grounds and pool, make you feel you are staying in a large property. The villa is extremely clean and has lots of modern touches I.e Sky tv, great music system. The pool is a fantastic size and the addition of the pool table is excellent extra entertainment. On arrival we were blown away by the very generous welcome pack. Everything was thought of...... and more. Thank you Danny and Eleanor!!! The villa is also in a great location, 5 minute walk(if that) to the beach. Plenty of restaurant choices within walking distance and a very pleasant stroll to the main town of Puerto Del Carmen. We truly did have one of the best villa breaks we have ever had. If you are looking for the perfect family villa.... stop looking now.... you just found it !!!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Olivier. The villa is beautiful and spotlessly clean .The pool area is a real sun trap and great for sunbathing.With shops,restaurants and beautiful beach only two minutes walk away it is a perfect location.Danny and Eleanor are great hosts .

We had an excellent holiday at this beautifully clean, secure, private and comfortable villa. The villa is tastefully decorated and is always fresh and spotlessly clean. Danny & Eleanor take huge pride in keeping the property in tip top condition. We had glorious weather for the entire holiday and spent a lot of time in and around the very clean and well maintained pool. The villa is located in a quite area yet five minutes walk down to the main drag to all the shops and lovely restaurants. Everything you could possibly need for a fabulous holiday is here. "Superb Villa" in ideal quiet location

Exactly as the pictures show! This Villa is perfect for a couple or family, very clean and has every kitchen appliance you could wish for while on holiday. The location is ideal, very peaceful and within walking distance of many wonderful restaurants, hotels and shops for great food and entertainment. If you decide to stay in, then there is use of a BBQ, pool table and dart board as well as various board games, cards and a wide selection of books and DVD's. There is free access to Sky TV and Wi-Fi (and ipod bluetooth docking station and DVD player) which we actually found to work quite well, despite various things we have read about the signal not being very good on the island. There is a welcome basket full of essentials on arrival and all towels and linen are changed mid-week, which is a lovely feeling. The swimming pool is gorgeous - we swam in it every afternoon of our holiday. There are towels provided for swimming too. The owners of this property are very attentive and have been in touch ever since we booked, making sure everything was going to plan and that we had enjoyed ourselves on our return. We have already booked again to go next year and thoroughly recommend this Villa - you won't be disappointed!

Absolutely Fabulous

Just returned from a week's stay in this fantastic villa. The new owners Danny and Eleanor provided a top class service. Nothing is too much trouble. Everywhere was spotless, the welcome pack was the best we've ever had. Villa Olivier has everything you could need and more. Only a few minutes walk to the beach and shops yet such a peaceful location. We all loved the heated pool especially our 6 year old daughter. We were extremely lucky to find 1 week vacant as by the time we were planning our holiday, Villa Olivier was almost fully booked. We would not hesitate to recommend this luxurious villa and would love to stay again in the future.

We have just returned from a 2 week vacation in Puerto del Carmen where we stayed at the beautiful and luxurious Villa Olivier. From the time we booked with Danny and Eleanor to the arriving there and leaving we had nothing but a good experience. On arrival we were greeted with a fantastic welcome pack, probably the best we have ever seen to be honest, and a superior villa that was spotlessly clean. The outdoor area, the BBQ and the outdoor heated pool are a dream and were used constantly throughout our holiday. The beds are very comfortable and bed linen and towels were plentiful and again spotless. The TV package was a welcome extra and great value. As for the location it was fantastic. On arrival at the airport the villa is no more than a ten minute taxi ride away, the beach is a two minute walk and the new town is a mere 10 minute stroll away. We did not hire a car as the location is so central. However if you want to hire a car there is ample on street parking at your doorstep. Our stay at Villa Olivier was nothing other than excellent and dealing with Danny and Eleanor was a pleasure and very efficient. We have rebooked for June of 2019 and cant wait to return.

Fantastic luxury villa with pool

Simply fabulous

My hubby and I arrived to a lovely welcome pack that had all of the essentials to kick start our wonderful holiday. First impressions the villa is gorgeous. The pool was outstanding and we spent hours in there each day. We had a fabulous kitchen with all you could need. We tried the large bed but it was just a tad soft for us as we have very firm mattress at home but found the twin beds to be absolutely perfect. A very short stroll to the beach and a great array of places to eat and drink. We had a visit from 3 very friendly ladies to clean midweek and give us clean towels. Also had a visit from Niel who cleaned our pool and was a mine of information, such a lovely chap. Can't recommend this fab villa enough. Thank you Danny

A superb villa in an excellent location

We loved this villa, particularly the heated pool. The villa feels spacious and the beds are comfy. The kitchen has everything you need to cook although we did not use much as the Villa is only a short 10 minute walk to numerous restaurants on the seafront. There is lots of outside seating and the pool table and darts board were a hit with our children. Danny & Eleanor are very helpful. Can highly recommend a stay in this lovely villa.

Top Class Villa, All we could have wished for and more

Luxury Villa, we loved the heated pool, fabulous terrace and 'Welcome Pack'. Amazing location, close to beach,shops & restaurants. Only 10 minutes from the airport. This villa is very well specified, immaculate, great wifi, excellent selection of channels incl sports and movies. Will definitely be back.

Danny & Eleanor, we live in County Cork in Ireland and our love of Lanzarote has developed over the last 10 years. Now semi-retired, we get to visit a few times a year and just love everything about the place. We were thrilled when the opportunity arose to purchase this beautiful Villa and continue to share it with our guests.

Why they chose this property

Having stayed here during Eric & Pauline’s time, we fell in love with the ambience of the place, its location and the service provided by the maids and maintainance people. We love to walk or cycle in the mornings and laze by our lovely private heated pool in the afternoons or relax on the covered terrace with a glass of wine before a bbq in the evening.

Where do we start !! The Heated pool, the BBQ, the local restaurants, the coastal promenade to Arreciffe through Matagorda, the 10 min taxi from the Airport, the level location, the volcanic rock lined garden, the aircon, tv service, the living area, pool table, darts, the list goes on and on.
