True slopes, and return on skis from the residence direct access to the ski lifts departure of the ESF ski school. Apartment very nice panoramic view of the slopes, the resort and the mountains.
At 300 meters, Sports center with ice rink, bowling, swimming pool, sauna, media room, cinema.
This apartment has 2 bathrooms, a washing machine and a tumble dryer. a garage for your car (extra 50 euro a week) and has a closet for your ski equipment .. 3 floors with elevator, balcony grub screw.
A room with 1 bed 140 and bunk beds 90.
Alcove with 2 bunk beds 90.
Balcony, beautiful views of the station and the departure of the ski school. Very well heated. Sunny. Wifi card with the tourist office.

Appartement idéalement situé au pied des pistes, à 1 minute à ski des cours ESF en ski. Logement très bien équipé avec lave-vaisselle, lave-linge et sèche-linge. Nous avons passé un bon séjour.À noter toutefois : la remise des clés s’effectue à 14h dans une agence située en dehors de la station mais sur le trajet, ce qui peut rendre l’arrivée un peu moins pratique si vous arrivez tôt.

Super sejour a Orcieres Merlette, l appartement est tres bien situé, spacieux, et dispose de tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin pour un séjour aux skis, une superbe vue sur la station .... le proprietaire s assure que tout se passe bien et est disponible a tout moment. Nous y reviendrons

Tres bon séjour, l'appartement est bien placé.Il est vrai qu'il fait préciser que ce n'est pas un 2 chambre contrairement a ce que dit l'annonce, ce qui peut être embêtant quand on arrive avec des enfants : une chambre avec un lit double et deux lit simple superposé et un autre lit superposé dans un couloir.A part cette surprise on a passé un tres bon moments, hote réactif aux questions.

Situé au pieds des pistes, et proche de tous les commerces, patinoire, cinéma etc… l’hôte prends soin de vous donner tous les informations nécessaire à la bonne installation. Seul bémol pour les enfants en école de ski il faut prendre un TK qui demande de l’anticipation d’horaire.

Proche des pistes mais annonce incorrecte

L'appartement est effectivement proche des pistes mais il ne s'agit pas d'un appartement deux chambre. Le lit superposé se trouve dans la chambre principale (on peut le deviner sur la photo) et il y en a un autre dans le couloir.L'appartement en lui-même est relativement fonctionnel mais, par exemple, plus aucune douche ne tient correctement et il serait grand temps de le rafraichir.Notre séjour n'étais pas spécialement mauvais mais nous nous sommes sentis trompés par l'annonce.

Super séjour!Appartement spacieux et bien équipé.Propriétaire prévenant, disponible, soucieux ET des plus sympathique.La procédure de reprise/remise du logement est bien rodée.Emplacement idéal au pied des pistes avec vue sur l'esplanade et le front de neige.La possibilité d'avoir un emplacement de parking au garage est clairement un plus.Comme évoqué dans les précédents commentaires, l'appartement est viellot mais pour ce genre de séjour, on s'y accomode parfaitement.Seule bémol, la literie mériterait d'être changée.Pour le reste, j'y retournerai sans hésitation!

Emplacement idéal

Orcières est une station familiale avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un très bon séjour.L'appartement de Christian est idéalement placé pour profiter des pistes de ski. Il est fonctionnel et nous y avons passé un très bon séjour.

Certes bien situé mais trop mal entrtenu

)Très bel vue, au pieds des pistes avec une bonne literie et de la vaisselle en consequence.-) Aucun placards pour ranger ses affaires, juste le placard à balais et nous etions 6., la tapisserie est décollée à de nombreux endroits et ce n est pas très propre...- le radiateur de la chambre ne peut pas être coupé et quand vous ouvrez la fenêtre une odeur de fioul entre car la cuve est en bas. PLUS GRAVE mon ami électricien medit que rien n est au norme donc très dangereux. C'est pas respectueux de louer un bien tel quel (nous avons pris des photos). Heureusement il a fait tres beau.....

Très bien situé et agréable

L'appartement est agréable et très spacieux. Il est très bien situé, tout se fait à pied. Piste à 20 m. Le gérant est très réactif et attentionné. Tout est fonctionnel, même si un petit rafraichissement des murs seraient bienvenu. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Un appartement pratique et bien situé

Appartement bien situé au pied des pistes, proche du centre de la station. et au calme. Le garage est appréciable surtout quand on arrive le samedi et que les places sur la voie publique sont très recherchées. Le propriétaire est attentionné. Vu l'âge de l'appartement certains éléments mériteraient rénovation mais ils ne posent pas de problème de fonctionnement.

Au pied des pistes

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cet appartement lumineux en face des belles montagnes. Appartement vraiment idéalement situé pour les familles proches des pistes et du départ école de ski. Retour skis au pied. Le parking est un vrai plus car il est difficile de se garer dans la station. Propriétaires très accueillants et très sympathiques, nous les remercions au passage !

Appartement conforme à la description véritable pied de piste. Mettez les skis et laissez vous glisser. Véritable station familliale. Gentillesse des propriétaires qui sont disponibles pour l'arrivée comme pour le départ. Très bon séjour février 2018.

L'appartement est très agréable, très ensoleillé. Bien situé, au pied des pistes pour les skieurs, et bien situé également pour les non skieurs. Location de matériel au pied de l'appartement. Vue sur toute la station et les pistes. Les 2 sde et les machines ( lave linge seche linge) sont très pratiques. Idéal pour 4 personnes pas plus, compte tenu du rangement à disposition. ( 2 adultes et 2 ados) Merci encore à l'accueil très chaleureux du propriétaire et pour sa gentillesse! Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. Je recommande vivement. Amicalement.
