We enjoyed our stay at the Ranch House. The house was very comfortable and just as described. The full moon rising over the trees was beautiful each night.

Lovely older home on beautiful acreage with cows and horses.
The house was very clean, spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed watching the animals, feeding the horses and fishing at their ponds. Great getaway for those looking for nature’s beauty and for peace and relaxation. Was fun talking to the owners who excell at hospitality!!
We really enjoyed our stay. One recommendation is to upgrade the grill. It was small for the size of group we had and needed cleaned to provide better gas flow. The place was perfect for our group. We really enjoyed being outside
Hosts were terrific! Everything was exactly as pictured. Just what we wanted. Peaceful and secluded. Thank you!

Tim and Susan are awesome people!
The place was so beautiful and so relaxing. The owners are sweet and thought of absolutely everything you could possibly need! It was not fancy, but spacious, clean, and just plain awesome!
I highly recommend this ranch if you need a getaway from the ‘hustle’ of everyday life!
Loved my 5 nights of rest and relaxation and a little bit of tourist activities. My 2 friends and I cooked great food, got plenty of sleep in the comfortable beds, moseyed around Tyler and truly accomplished our goal of returning to work refreshed. Would love to come again. So clean and spacious and comfortable.

Peaceful, Clean, and Convenient
We were in town for a horse show at Texas Rose. Though we didn't get to spend as much time as we would like at the house because of the show, it was exactly what we needed!
Lots of room and the hosts are extremely nice.
Very quiet and tranquil place.
One slight drawback that it’s next to tollway 49 but I didn’t hear the highway at all when I was inside . I would recommend staying there

Our family stayed March 8-10 and everything was amazing. My husband enjoyed his early morning and late evening fishing. Mr. & Mrs. Smith had everything ready and they were very nice and accommodating. We can't wait to return 🙂🙂

My husband, two young children, and I were very comfortable. The house was clean, the property it is on is nice and Susan was very welcoming. My kids got a big kick out of the animals. We would stay here again and I would recommend it to anyone that is headed to Tyler.
