Excelente espacio y anfitrión

Excelente alojamiento, completo y cómodo. Parking conveniente e individual, fácil acceso, vistas fantásticas y cerca de la playa de Ondarreta y el funicular a Igeldo. El anfitrión atento a ayudarnos. Sitio muy recomendable.

Wir waren zum 2. Mal da mit Hund, die Aussicht aus dem Schlafzimmer ist unbezahlbar man schaut aus grosser Höhe aufs Meer und die Altstadt, es gibt 2 Schlafzimmer, WLan, 2 Badezimmer, grosse vollausgestatte Küche, TV, Balkon, man ist in Nachbarschaft zum Jakobsweg schaut also tagtäglich den Pilgern zu wie sie sich den Berg hochkämpfen, der Strand ist 5 Gehminuten die Altstadt 25 Gehminuten weg, ich sehe keinen Grund nicht auch ein 3.oder 4.mal dort zu urlauben.

Fantastic place - one unfortunate glitch

The place is perfect for a couple who would like a bit more space or a small family. The second bedroom is quite small but well appointed. Great to use as an office. The views of San Sebastien from the apartment are amazing. Really, nothing bad to say about the place. A bit hard to find if you’re driving but that’s nit picking. Gonzalo was great - friendly and easy to communicate with even if his English isn’t great (way better than my Spanish). There was just one significant problem that affected our stay - the lock on the door to the building malfunctioned and stopped working all together when we arrived. Gonzalo did his best to address the issue but we got locked out a number of times - the last time in the pouring rain - and he kindly offered to cancel and refund the booking. So we stayed one night and left. Gonzalo is an excellent host and the apartment is brilliant would have very happily stayed but for the issue with the front door.

Great place in good location

The place was in a great, quiet location to stay in San Sebastián. The beach is close and the view is unbeatable from the patio. The walk into old town takes about 30-40 mins, but is along the beach. Lots of great places nearby for food and shopping as well. Would recommend this place to stay!

Fabulous appartment with incredible views

Great stay, appartment has fantastic views of the bay, so the short walk up the hill up to the appartment is worth it. Little trouble accessing the appartment initially as couldnt get into the key box, however neighbour had a spare key. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Amazing stay in San Sebastian in an amazing flat

Wonderful apartment with unbelievable views of the Concha and Ondarreta Beaches. Beautiful flat with open plan kitchen and two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Fantastic communication with Gonzalo, really clean apartment. Definitely recommended and will come back every time I come to visit Donosti. Many thanks Gonzalo!

Very Nice Apartment with great views

A nice place to stay in San Sebastian. The apartment has a great view on the bay from all the rooms and the master bedroom is beautiful. Flat fully equipped.There is a small terrasse which fits two persons.The flat is closed to the beach and you can walk or take easily the frequent buses to old town. Supermarkets and restaurants near by.The flat is on a high hill which explains the great view and the steep walk on the way back to the flat. Gonzalo has been accommodating with an extra request for my family.

Magnificent views and chic apartment

Firstly, the pictures don't do the apartment justice. It's simple and minimalist but very attractive and very comfortable. The views are outstanding, and the walk down to the beach is easy and convenient. Would absolutely recommend!

The views across the bay are stunning, but you have a lot of steps up to the appartment from the beach or bars. Second bedroom is very small for 2 people (adults). No hanging of towels or clothes. But very nice apartment.

Could be better but excellent service.

I love to walk so I found the location to be excellent. We had a car but only used to explore areas outside of the city. We found the address to be very confusing and had difficulty finding the place but the property manager responded to all our inquiries. He was always available and prompt. Yes the view is lovely but the balcony is very small. The size of the apt worked very well. We were two friends, each with our own bedroom and en-suite. It was comfortable. However I would have appreciated more dishes and towels and bedding. I got tired of washing our two cups and two plates, etc. Certainly not deserving of a 5 star rating and would return if the amenities improved.

Not good for old adults

We were four older adults and the apartment is completely unsuitable for this. One room with 2 beds, barely had room for anything else. No dresser, no closet, no hooks for clothes or towels, nothing. There was deliberately no photo of this room on the booking page. One of the beds was folded, i.e. the mattress was on the floor, the other bed on top of it, without an explanation of how it could become 2 beds. In the other bedroom a queen size bed with only one comforter, although I requested a comforter for each person immediately after booking, which was confirmed by the owner but not honored. The bathroom and toilet opened into the room without a door. The showers in both bathrooms had no handles to hold on to, which was problematic for us older people. The heating control had no instructions and was not intuitive to use. It was quite difficult to regulate the temperature. After complaining, the host offered to go to a hotel and pay out the rest of the rent, but we had rented an apartment to sit together, chat and not eat all our meals in restaurants. The kitchen was quite well equipped for this. Conclusion: Acceptable for parents with two small children, too difficult for us older people.

Beau séjour à San Sebastien

Séjour agréable, logement très bien pour quelques jours! À pied il y a une petite côte bien pentue pour remonter a l’appartement. L’appartement est très pratique avec le garage privée et le propriétaire très sympathique.

Fantastischer Blick auf die Bucht

Das Apartment hat einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Bahia de la Concha. Die Ausstattung ist gut (2 moderne Bäder, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine) und damit für zwei Personen perfekt. Wie schon von anderen geschrieben, wäre ein wenig mehr Geschirr hilfreich. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand, zurück, weil bergauf, etwas länger. Der Vermieter war freundlich, kennengelernt haben wir ihn nicht, das ein- und auschecken geht im self service mit einer Key-Box. Sehr praktisch ist die eigene Garage.
