Apartment of 28m2 completely renovated classified furnished tourism 2 stars (decision N ° 03802038-93118-0433).

Large south-facing south-west balcony with magnificent views of the Muzelle glacier and Venosc peak.

The apartment is planned for four and equipped with real comfortable beds. Ideal for a couple and two children, or for people looking for tranquility.

Neighborhood and very quiet residence. Shops at 300 meters, free bus shuttles throughout the resort, with stop at the foot of the residence.
Private sheltered parking (your car is dry protected from rain, snow and ice).

SUMMER and WINTER rentals, only from Saturday to Saturday.

Animals are not accepted out of respect for the tenants and the risks of allergy.

Séjour parfait dans un studio optimisé, très bien équipé avec une vue magnifique. La literie du lit double est très bonne. La place de parking est très appréciable. Très bon rapport qualité/prix en été au mois de juillet.Bref, je recommande les yeux fermés.

Séjour 2 adultes et un enfant de 8 ans pour une semaine de ski. L'appartement est tel que décrit dans l'annonce. Il est bien conçu et très bien agencé, avec une très belle vue sur la montagne. L'appartement est idéalement situé pour se rendre en bas de Vénosc d'où partent de très belles randos. Tout peut se faire à pieds depuis l'appartement : randos, courses, Office de Tourisme ...

séjour aux 2 Alpes

L'appartement est très bien situé dans la station (proche commerces et pistes) la résidence est au calme pour ceux qui souhaitent se reposer. l'appartement était très prope à notre arrivée et le propriétaire et à l'écoute et disponible. nous recommandons cette location nous y avons passé un agréable séjour en fin de saison hivernale.

Très bonne location aux 2 alpes

L'appartement est très bien agencé, assez spacieux et bien équipé avec un grand balcon et une vue magnifique. Il est bien situé et permet de tout faire à pied sans prendre de navette. Seul petit bémol : la mauvaise insonorisation du bâtiment.

Merci pour votre bon retour. Très rare sont les locataires qui se plaignent du bruit. Vous aviez peut-être des voisins peut scrupuleux et fêtards. Dans ce cas il faut appeler la police ou la gendarmerie, ils sont très réactifs et ne tolèrent pas ce genre de débordement pour le bien être des vacanciers.

Notre séjour au ski

Vue imprenable sur la Muzelle et l’aiguille de Venosc depuis la terrasse de cet appartement confortable, très propre, fonctionnel, au calme mais bien situé, et doté d’une place de parking couverte. Le propriétaire, très sympathique et disponible est soucieux du bien-être de ses locataires. Toutes ces qualités ont contribué à la réussite de notre séjour. Je recommande!

Appart propre, confortable et bien situé

J'ai loué cet appartement pendant une semaine pour nos vacances de ski, c'était très bien passé. L'appartement est propre, fonctionnel et confortable, en plus il y a la navette juste en bas qui relie au centre et télécabine. Le propriétaire est reactif et joignable. Franchement c'est un appartement impeccable !

Appartement très bien situé avec une vue magnifique sur la muzelle. Très calme, bien situé et sécurisé. Un plus pour l hiver, le parking privé et couvert qui n est pas négligeable non plus.

Vacances oxygénantes

Logement impeccable, parfaite communication avec les propriétaires, parfait pour 2 a 4 personnes, nous fûmes venus en été mais je suis sûr qu’en hiver ce logement serait tout aussi bien sous toutes les coutures, en tout cas ça nous donne envie de retourner aux 2 alpes dès lors le domaine skiable ouvert ;)

Appartement avec une vue magnifique côté Venosc sur la Muzelle. La place de parking couverte est un plus très appréciable. Au calme et en même temps proche du centre et des remontées. Très bien. Je recommande.
