Hi Aimee and family, I am glad to hear this, you are very kind and I have always been very pleasant to deal with you, and regarding the pool, you are right this summer the water is hot, with this heat wave so strong that we have throughout Europe, the Mediterranean Sea is 30 degrees and the pools the same, and that we are continually refilling it but after a few hours it is the same, this is happening in all the pools, let’s hope this heat wave does not last long! 🥵

Hi Frank, I am sorry to hear this because when you contacted me to inform me of this, I immediately gave you the solution. I explained to you that in these beach areas when there was a change in the weather, storms, rain, etc., sometimes you could smell the pipes, and that is what happened, there was a storm the next day. And when you left the house I asked you if everything was ok, you told us that everything was fine and that you wanted to come back, that's why this comment surprises me now. But well, we will take it into account to always improve our services and facilities.
