Really nice renovated condo

This Nice condo is on the first floor as been all renovated with new furniture and tiles. There is a large lanai where you can relax or cook on the grill. .Master bedroom as a king bed and sliding door to the lanai.The guest bedbroom as one queen bed.It as a beautiful view on a small lake with a fountain. You can also relax by the 600 foot 'lazy river' with a lot of calm spot to relax.

This gate community has a traditional pool, tennis courts, shuffleboard and a club house. And don't forget the lazy river!

Awsome place

This place was amazing and really well furnished. You can wake up every morning with the view on the lake. The lazy river pool is also really impressing.

Great condo and location!

The condo was just as pictured. Falling Waters Beach Resort is in a great location - close to both Marco Island and Naples. Stores close by for any of your needs. The condo had everything I needed including floats for the lazy river pool, beach chairs, bikes, etc.. Michele was very responsive during the whole process.
