Excellent location and perfect for a family of 4.

Although dated, the apartment was perfect for a week of skiing. We had excellent snow and were able to ski in and out, a major bonus with 2 tired children!!. The apartment could be accessed by 2 lifts which would have been annoying if you couldn't access the apartment from the slopes. It was very well equipped in the kitchen, with everything you would need to cook a meal. The bathroom was well maintained and most importantly it had plenty of hot water and a second WC upstairs. There was enough storage for all our ski equipment and bags. The second TV and DVD player made evenings easy and we appreciated the film's provided. Overall we enjoyed our stay in this practical apartment.

Vacances au ski

Bel appartement trÚs bien équipé. Départ et retour ski aux pieds. Seul petit bémol pour le chargement et déchargement de la voiture mais ce n'est qu'une fois durant le séjour et l'appartement vaut le coup !Nous espérons avoir l'occasion d'y revenir.Explications trÚs claires pour récupérer les clés, c'était parfait !

Appart trÚs bien situé pour skieurs

Sympa, confortable, poĂȘles antiadhĂ©sives neuves (+++), des toilettes en haut en plus de celles du bas (++++), accessibilitĂ© pistes de ski et remontĂ©es parfaite. Un peu excentrĂ© des commerces mais on le savait; on parle juste d'une marche de 10 minutes max, qui fait plutĂŽt du bien! Du coup, c'est trĂšs calme. Pour ceux qui ne veulent pas faire cette petite marche, boulangerie/ supĂ©rette d'appoint au bas de l'immeuble.

Agréable séjour

Les points positifs : Appartement trÚs bien situé pour accéder aux pistes. Départ et retour skis aux pieds. Le quartier est trÚs calme. Il y a une épicerie qui fait du pain frais et viennoiserie juste en bas du bùtiment. Il y a également 2 loueurs de matériel de ski à coté de l'épicerie. L'accÚs au centre de la station se fait en 5mn à pied. Le lit 2 places est de bonne qualité. Les points négatifs : l'appartement est relativement petit. Il ne me semble pas possible d'y séjourner à plus de 4. Le coin montagne pour nos adolescents n'est pas trÚs ergonomique et peu spacieux. La cuisine est exigue. Difficile de cuisiner : une étagÚre trÚs basse est juste au dessus des plaques de cuisson (une table à induction serait bienvenue). La poubelle n'est pas pratique. Il manque de place et de matériel pour ranger et faire sécher les chaussures et les tenues de ski le soir. Le point le plus problématique est le déchargement de la voiture. C'est une épreuve :). La voiture est garée assez loin de l'entrée du batiment et ensuite il faut prendre 2 ascenseurs et traverser des couloirs et des portes avant d'arriver au logement. Prévoyez du temps et de l'énergie pour cette tache.

Schöne Wohnung- Top Lage

Nur 10 m von der Wohnung bis zum Anschnallen der Ski - ideal. Wir waren schon oft in Frankreich skilaufen, in La Plagne, Val Thorens, Alpe d Huez etc. Das Skigebiet in Les Arcs ist ausreichend groß, viele schöne, etwas steilere, rote Pisten, etwas jĂŒngeres und partyfreudigeres Publikum, Arcs 1800 ist recht groß und weitlĂ€ufig. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig etwa 150 m vom Zentrum entfernt mit optimalem Pistenzugang. Gut ausgestattet und sauber, ideal fĂŒr 2-4 Pers., bei mehr wird es etwas eng. Sie geht ĂŒber 2 Etagen, das hatten wir auch noch nie (kein Schlafcouch RĂŒckbau zum FrĂŒhstĂŒcken - sehr schön). Ich kann die Wohnung wĂ€rmstens empfehlen.

Cosy, bien equipe et super bien place pied des pistes!

On a adore! Acces aux pistes a 30 metres au bout du couloir. Plus loin du centre (magasins/restos) qu'on a l'habitude mais balade sympa en 10 minutes et on a fait les courses pour la semaines le samedi et s'est reapprovisione une fois en mi-semaine avec la petite epicerie dans d'ensemble de batiment (sans devoir sortir presque)! C'est notre quatrieme fois sur Arcs 1800 et on aime l'emplacement de cet appart le mieux. On reservera pour l'annee prochaine tout de suite mais nos ados sont grands (180 et 183) et les lits simples etaient donc limites pour eux (ils peuvent dormir sur le canape lits dans le salon mais ils ont preferer insister!) et nos dates ne sont pas encore decidees. Merci Florence. Tres bien equipe aussi et plein d'etageres et placard. Vous avez tres bien fait! Famille Joly

TrÚs agréable location

Appartement trÚs bien équité, bien chauffé et trÚs fonctionnel pour deux adultes et deux ados. Petit bémol pour eux: le Wifi payant. Départ skis aux pieds au bout du couloir pour le télésiÚge "Charmettoger" et seulement 30 m à marcher pour chausser et accéder directement au "Transarc". Retour skis aux pieds devant la porte de sortie de l'immeuble comme sur la photo. Vraiment un plus. Petit défaut: obligation d'attendre 15h pour avoir les clefs et accÚs pour décharger les bagages pas évident si beaucoup de monde, mais le confort une fois installé compense. Magasins de location de matériel et épicerie avec vraie boulangerie/pizzeria dans le groupe d'immeuble, trÚs pratique donc.

Excellent Ski in Ski out Apartment

My wife and I stayed in the apartment for 3 weeks in March 2017. The apartment is in an ideal ski in ski out location and has excellent facilities. It is close to car parking and to a bus stop. The apartment is in a quiet location and it is very well equiped and well maintained. Florence CollĂšs (the owner) was extremely helpful throughout the rental process and I would highly recommend this property to a friend or relative. Thank you Florence.
