Completely renovatedCasa Mami, a rural Villa located in the town of Lajares, has a 100m2 house. They are distributed as follows: three bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet , a totally equipped kitchen for up to 6 persons (with refrigerator and freezer, microwave, electric coffee pot), an spacious living room with TV,DVD,SAT,WIFI,PS2 and a great garden with solarium, conditionned swimming-pool(heating 50€ week) and a terrace. Besides, it has an independent room with a washing machine.

Maison bien située

les +: - couchage pour 6 personnes sans problème. Lit d'appoint en + dans le salon. - situation - calme - literie - propreté - discrétion du propriétaire qui occupe la maison voisine - jardin privatif clôture et très bien entretenu - zone bbq + terrasse - possibilité d'utiliser le lave linge les -: - une seule salle de douche avec quantité d'eau chaude et pression limitée (eau froide après 3 petites douches) - une seule plaque de cuisson sur 4 fonctionne convenablement - piscine froide et pompe à chaleur non fonctionnelle (demandez au propriétaire la température souhaitée avant votre arrivée) - quantité de vaisselle très limitée - pas de lave-vaisselle - bâche de la piscine en mauvais état. impossible de l'utiliser sans retrouver des centaines de petits morceaux de plastique dans l'eau. Malgré les quelques points qui peuvent facilement être améliorés, bonne appréciation générale. Propriétaire facilement joignable. La maison était parfaitement nettoyée et prête avant notre arrive. Je recommande cette location avec précaution sur les quelques points à améliorer.

"Very nice and quite plac...

"Very nice and quite place. Situated in a small street of Lajares close to the mountain. So very easy to go for a walk. All necessary shops, supermarket, pharmacy in the village. Lajares is very well situated to go (by car) to all beaches of the North of Fuerteventura. The proprietary is very kind and helpfull. The house (which is is linked to the house of the proprietary) is very nice and peacefull. Wheather is very nice, not too hot, winds and sun. We have been with 2 children : 5 and 6 years. One of our best holidays. We recommend this place and the proprietary too."
