"Il Nido" is a wonderful place to find peace and quiet for those who really need a vacation to relax and at the same time have interesting places to visit and the most important cities of art nearby like Assisi, Spoleto, Perugia, Todi, Gubbio ect. There are important Art Festivals: Spoleto Festival, Umbria Jazz, Todi Festival or Festivals that bring you back to very old times like Ceri Race Festival, Calendimaggio, Quintana ect. There are enogastronomy events, antiques markets and much more. It's possible to reach Rome or Florence easily by train. From the garden there is a vew of Trevi its surrounding countryside and the mountains. The guests have use of a table and chairs for eating al fresco. The owners who live in the same house are available to give all kind of informatios.

Ruhige Ferienwohnung in wunderschöner Umgebung

Wir verbrachten zwei schöne Wochen in der Ferienwohnung, die auch in der Sommerhitze kühl bleibt. Die Wohnung bietet sich für Ausflüge aller Art an. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an die wirklich sehr netten Vermieter.

cadre sublime - un havre de paix

Après une semaine de visites effrénées dans la capitale nous souhaitions nous mettre un peu au vert, nous reposer, être au calme. "il nido" (qui porte très bien son nom) est juste l'endroit parfait: outre l'appartement-maisonnette, spacieux, confortable, dans une bâtisse authentique (gros murs en pierres, énormes poutres au plafond), de très bon goût, pourvu de tout et très joliment décoré, le jardin est adorable de beauté et de tranquillité, et la vue sur Trevi est une splendeur. De plus les hôtes sont des personnes absolument charmantes, attentionnées, là en cas de besoin et en même temps très discrets. Avec les paysages, les villes ou villages magnifiques de l'Ombrie, sans oublier son excellente cuisine, "il nido" a été le lieu parfait pour séjourner dans cette splendide région. Le point négatif: n'avoir pu y séjourner que 5 jours! Mais nous reviendrons! Patricia et Hugues

L'hébergement proposé est tout à fait magnifique, dans un cadre artistique avec une vision exceptionnelle sur Trévi. Le calme des lieux est exceptionnel. Les propriétaires ont été soucieux de notre confort tout au cours de notre séjour. L'exploration de la région est facilitée compte tenue de la situation géographique de l'appartement. La région offre de plus une variété de services très appréciables. Nous recommandons sans hésitation cette référence.

"Bellissima settimana abbiamo apprezzato molto la calda accoglienza di Paolo e Anna che ci hanno fatto subito sentire a casa, sempre cordiali e disponibili a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta e a darci utili consigli. Il punto è strategico per visitare i magnifici dintorni (Trevi, Assisi, Perugia, Norcia, Monti Sibillini, Gubbio, Spello, Spoleto, Bevagna, Montefalco, le Marmore...). Con le moto abbiamo gustato la tranquillità dei luoghi, le strade panoramiche e bellissimi sterrati. Abbiamo anche conosciuto tante persone meravigliose che ci hanno aiutato in un momento di difficoltà (moto K.O.). Quindi lo consigliamo davvero a tutti!!!! "

"Anna e Paolo sono due persone gentilissime e discrete. Al nostro arrivo ci hanno dato il benvenuto con frutta fresca di stagione e una buona bottiglia di vino!L''appartamento è a dir poco stupendo: è accogliente, caldo, arredato con gusto e dotato di ogni confort!! E'' situato in un luogo silenzioso e veramente delizioso, comodo per raggiungere Spoleto, Foligno, Cascia, Perugia, Trevi...tutte le meraviglie umbre! Non vediamo l''ora di tornare!"

"Ottimo posto per rilassarsi completamente immersi nelle colline umbre! Alloggio molto bello,confortevole e funzionale. Ideale anche per visitare i paesi circostanti. I proprietari sono persone disponibili e non invadenti. Ci hanno fatto trovare anche una bottiglia di vino e acqua e un cestino con della frutta fresca.l''appartamento dispone del posto auto proprio nella villetta L''unico piccolissimo difetto è per chi possiede un''automobile lunga o molto larga, la strada per raggiungere la casa è molto stretta e le manovre sono difficili. "Parfait rapport qualité/prix. Accueil chaleureux malgré l'heure tardive d'arrivée. Nous avons apprécié les petites intentions sympathiques (fruits, de quoi confectionner un petit déjeuner,...). L'endroit est très calme. On s'est sentis dans une vraie maison remplie d'Histoire. Les nombreux livres et peintures présents dans l' appartement le rendent encore plus vivant.Jardin agréable pour les repas ou le farniente. Anna et Paolo sont des hôtes intentionnés et discrets."

"het appartement was mooi...

"het appartement was mooi, ruim, en de huisraad goed voorzien. Bij aankomst stond er een fles wijn koud en was er vers fruit voor ons. Erg leuk. Omgeving prachtig, het dorpje zelf erg stil, je moest altijd met de auto op pad. Er waren erg veel muggen, zodat we 's avonds niet buiten konden zitten. Dat was erg jammer."

Abbiamo trascorso 15 gg. nella casa di Anna e Paolo che ci hanno accolto molto cordialmente.L'appartamento e' veramente grazioso e non manca nulla, siamo stati veramente bene. Ringraziamo di cuore per la marmellata offerta, i fichi "rubati" nel giardino e la bottiglia di vino al nostro arrivo. Un saluto a Mito il gatto di casa.

"Une très bonne adresse, parfaite pour visiter l'Ombrie. Dans un rayon de moins de cinquante kilomètres, on peut accéder aux principales villes : Pérouge, Assise, Spoleto, Foligno, Spello, Trevi, Montefalco, ainsi qu'à la Valnerina où l'on trouve de très beaux villages comme San Anatolia di Narco, Cascia, Cerreto di Spoleto, Monteleone di Spoleto, Vallo di Nera. Un accueil très chaleureux de nos hôtes, pleins de petites attentions qui font que l'on se sent à l'aise et attendus. L'appartement est pourvu de tout le confort nécessaire, au calme, et le jardin offre une vue magnifique sur Trevi. Bref, une adresse à recommander."
