Best location and top organization!

Great location in the middle of olive trees with a large garden and barbecue area. Short distances to dream beaches, hiking tours, shops etc. Highly recommended, especially for families. The owners are very friendly and will answer any questions you may have.

If you want beautiful nature and peace...

We stayed in October, with an excellent temperature, shinning sun and amazing sea. The hosts are Stefania and Mario, all kindness and predisposition to help, everything explained to the milimeter... a 10 over 10. Even Mario gave us a bottle of his red wine, a nice welcome present. What can we say about the house? It´s beautiful, with an incredible terrace with an incredible view over olive trees and the sea. Everything was inmaculate clean, a perfectly equipped kitchen with oven, big fridge, etc... A lovely garden with a barbecue (we used it twice, you can get very nice meat and vegs in Orosei) It´s about 8 kms. away from Orosei, a beautiful village with all that you need about shops and services, but at the same time with the lovely taste of a typical italian village and a massive 8.5 kilometers long of sandy beach. We´ll definitely go back to Villa Francesco.

Unforgettable 2 weeks

A large, cozy house surrounded by nature, with a garden and barbecue facilities, equipped with everything you need. Peace and quiet, you only hear the cicadas. In the evening on the terrace you can admire the full moon illuminating the sea - beautiful views. Very close to the shops, 5 minutes by car to the beach ideal for children, which is not crowded even in high season. An ideal starting point for exploring the coast, wild beautiful beaches, reserves, the bay of Orosei. However, the most important thing for us was the help and care of Stefania and her family - the owners from whom we rented the house. Firstly, help in advising what places to visit, not necessarily described in guidebooks; secondly, dedicating one's own time and helping to solve the health problems that we encountered, the clash with the regulations prevailing in Italy without Stefania's help and her communication in Italian could end up stressful for us. Thank you very much! We fully recommend - wonderful people and a wonderful place. Unforgettable 2 weeks - the whole holiday for our family. Ewa&Przemek

Great appartement nearby Orosei!

We had a great stay at Stefania and Mario's flat. The flat was spacious, neat and had a large garden with a barbecue area. The house is divided into two flats (lower half and upper half). We stayed in the upper half, which had a large balcony overlooking the olive trees and the sea. Stefania was very friendly and communication with her was great. We even got a bottle of homemade red wine from her father Mario. More information: - You have to pay a tax on arrival (€1 per night per person, a common rule in Sardinia). - Linen (bedroom, kitchen and bathroom) is optional. You have to pay 15 € per person. - You must arrive by car. The flat is located outside of Orosei. - The distance to the nearest beaches is not "walking distance". There are many private properties and even some private roads that you are not allowed to use. You have to walk about 30 minutes to the nearest beach. If you go by car, it's about 10 minutes. - I highly recommend coming with your own car or taking a rental car.

Io, mio marito e il nostro cane abbiamo soggiornato presso questa struttura che è dotata di tutto ciò che serve per una vacanza all’insegna del relax. Splendida struttura e splendido giardino in una delle posizioni migliori per visitare le spiagge del Golfo di Orosei. Padroni di casa gentili, ospitali e disponibili. Prachtig huis, geen gastvrij gevoel

Mooi en schoon appartement op de eerste verdieping, met grote tuin en prachtig zeezicht. Geen wifi, en niet altijd even goed mobiel bereik (net als op vele andere plekken op Sardinië). Geen asseccoires als handzeep of douchegel beschikbaar. Beddengoed niet inbegrepen zoals wel aangegeven op de VRBO website bij servicies (Engels/Nederlands). Na contact met VRBO zou dit mogelijk komen door een bug in hun systeem. Beddengoed wel te huren voor E15 pp/week. De communicatie hierover, evenals over een gebroken glad, was helaas niet al te hartelijk en droeg niet bij aan ons vakantiegevoel.

Il soggiorno è consigliato per chi ama la natura ed il silenzio. Appartamento spazioso, luminoso, ben arredato. Vista rilassante su oliveti con il mare all'orizzonte. Ideale

Se cercate una casa per poter parcheggiare l’auto e fare avanti ed indietro da una spiaggia, allora questa casa non fa per voi. Se invece volete vedere piu meraviglie di questa costa Sarda, allora fermatevi qui. Stefania è stata una padrona di casa presente, gentile e sempre disponibile. La casa ha una terrazza ed un giardino meravigliosi. 18 minuti da Capo comino e 15 minuti dalle spiagge di orosei, il tutto in mezzo al verde lontani da qualsiasi rumore. Posto unico

Schönes Landhaus zwischen Olivenbäumen

Schöne, geräumige Wohnung mit fantastischer Aussicht vom Balkon! Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Stefania und ihre Familie waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit, auch die Kommunikation war unkompliziert. Die Wohnung hat kein Wlan, aber da wir ausreichend mobile Daten und Empfang hatten, hat uns das nicht gestört :) Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Posto tranquillo circondato dagli ulivi

Abitazione davvero spaziosa e confortevole, circondata dagli ulivi e con vista sul mare. Zona tranquilla ma strategica in quanto si trova su una laterale della SS125. Il fatto di avere il giardino privato senza pericoli x noi che abbiamo una bambina di 3anni è stato un valore aggiunto. Stefania inoltre è una stata davvero gentile e disponibile!

Schöne, geräumige FeWo in absoluter Traumlage mit Meerblick.

Große Terrasse mit Sonnenschutz und tollem Blick über Olivenhaine bis zum Meer. Sehr ruhige und schöne Alleinlage, der nächste Nachbar ist ca. 300 m entfernt. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und um unser Wohl bemüht. Lediglich die Beschreibung zur Lage des Objektes könnte noch verbessert werden, da wir etwas suchen mussten, bis wir das Haus fanden.

Relax e mare

Posto tranquillo immerso nel verde della macchia mediterranea ,relax assicurato. La casa ottimamente pulita e fornita delle cose indispensabili ad un soggiorno confortevole. Terrazza ottima per pasti vista mare. A pochi kilometri da Orosei e tante spiagge splendide. In ultimo ma non perché ultima l ospitalita e disponibilità dei fratelli Bua che ci hanno accolto con un ottima bottiglia di Cannonau locale. GRAZIE

une location agréable mais un rapport qualité prix très décevant

Appartement agréable et bien entretenu, bon accueil. En revanche attention aux coûts cachés, lorsque nous avons réservé et au moment d’entrer dans les lieux il était indiqué sur l’annonce que le linge de maison était fourni alors que le propriétaire nous a demandé 75€ pour pouvoir en disposer, ce qui a augmenté de manière conséquente le coût de la location et nous a mis dans une situation désagréable. Le propriétaire indiquant visiblement de bonne foi que son annonce sur le site VRBO précisait ces éléments mais n’avait pas été retranscrite par cette entreprise sur le site Abritel et que lui ne pouvait modifier l’annonce Abritel. L’assistance VRBO/abritel malgré les copies d’écran envoyées et la constatation des éléments erronés sur l’annonce Abritel a refusé toute prise en charge et nous a renvoyé systématiquement vers le propriétaire. Au final donc nous avons dû payer 75€ de plus. Il semble que le rachat d’Abritel par VRBO a dégradé largement la confiance qu’il était possible d’avoir jusqu’ici dans les informations figurant sur le site Abritel. Espérant en l’espèce que les éléments relatifs au linge de maison aient pu depuis être modifiés s’agissant spécifiquement de cette annonce pour que d’autres clients ne subissent pas le même traitement.

Schöne Aussicht

Leider konnten wir unseren Balkon tagsüber nicht nutzen, es gab keine Beschattung/ Sonnenschirm. Auf Nachfrage wo der Sonnenschirm sich befindet ( Ständer war vorhanden) kam vom Vermieter die Aussage…. Es gäbe keinen Sonnenschirm, da die Vormiter den kaputt gemacht hatten. So hatten wir nichts vom Balkon und der schönen Aussicht! Deshalb hatten wir die Ferienwohnung ausgesucht. Echt schade 🙈

Maison et emplacement très bien

Séjour de 2 semaines dans cette maison divisée en 2 appartements spacieux. Nous avions loué le 1er étage. Tres propre et lumineux. Bien équipé. il manque juste un parasol sur la terrasse pour prendre le petit déjeuner car le soleil chauffe déja fort à 9h00. La maison est dans un endroit isolé, calme absolu, avec supermarché et toutes les commodités à 5 minutes vers Sos Alinos ou 10 min vers Orosei. Nombreuses très belles plages à proximité (moins de 20 min en voiture). Mario et sa famille sont toujours disponibles pour toutes nos questions et pour régler d'éventuels problèmes sur places. Merci d'avoir contribué a faire de notre sejour un moment inoubliable pour notre famille.
