Vale Furado is a very quiet and peaceful place, ideal for people who like to enjoy the sea, beach and nature away from the big urban centers.
Bars, restaurants and nightlife can be found in Nazaré.

Perfekter Urlaub

Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Das Haus bietet vom Erholen auf der Terrasse oder am Pool bis zur liebevollen Einrichtung alles was man braucht. Vielen Dank Diogo!

Portugal, Ruhe am Atlantik

Das Objekt liegt nahe an der Küste und dem Strand. letzterer ist leider nur über einen steilen Anstieg, der nur teilweise ausgebaut ist, zu erreichen. Dafür kann man das Haus nahezu in vollen Zügen genießen. Für den Pizza/Brotbackofen fehlte leider die Verschlussklappe und für den Kamin das notwendige Kleinholz, um das zur Verfügung gestellte Holz auch tatsächlich nutzen zu können. Als wir das Haus buchten, gab es den Pool noch nicht. Mit einer Abdeckung könnte er früher und Länger genutzt werden. Ansonsten hat es uns an fast nichts gefehlt. 4 Wochen waren aber doch etwas lang. Uns fehlte abends eine fußläufige Mögichkeit, den Abend ausklingen zu lassen.Nun, dadurch haben wir sehr viel von Portugal gesehen, ob es die Storchenpopulationen oder die Korkeichen waren, die tollen Essen in den entfernteren Regionen. Daran werden wir auf jeden Fall lange denken. Gestört hat uns, dass an den warmen Tagen hunderte von Autos kreuz und quer vor dem Abgang zum Strand parkten.

Uma semana descansada

A casa agrada com a sua simplicidade, a vista para o mar é linda. A fogueira ajudou a aguentar estas noites de Outubro, já um pouco frescas. O lugar é maravilhoso para quem quiser passar uns dias descansados. A praia foi quase só nossa ☀️☀️☀️. Obrigada pelo acolhimento, se possível havemos de voltar.

Hiper tranquilo

Gostei imenso da casa, espaços interiores amplos e limpos, bem equipada, os espaços exteriores de jardim e terraços são realmente maravilhosos, só faltava mesmo uma piscina. As vistas de mar e a proximidade a praia complementam bem a casa. Gostei muito da experiência e é para voltar.

Maison agréable et superbe emplacement

Nous sommes arrivés un soir, après minuit. Le propriétaire nous a attendus et nous a accueillis avec énormément d’amabilité malgré l’heure indue. Une bouteille de Porto et des fruits nous attendaient sur la table. Le propriétaire est resté disponible pour toute question pendant le séjour. La maison est grande, agréable, d’une propreté impressionnante, notamment la literie et le linge de toilette. Elle se situe en haut d’une falaise qu’il faut descendre pour accéder à la plage. Cette plage - surveillée - est propre, il y a des pêcheurs le matin et le soir et des ramasseurs de moules. Mais attention, il est très difficile de s’y baigner vraiment : l’eau est glacée (certains y vont en combinaison) et les courants très forts. En revanche il y fait très bon flâner et on peut marcher le long de la côte sur une bonne distance. Autour, il y a un très bon petit resto, le Mad, un peu cher mais bon (paiement cash uniquement). Sinon il faut aller un peu plus loin à Sao Pedro de Moel (belle plage aussi) où il y a plusieurs bons restos. Côté courses je recommande d’aller à Continente plutôt qu’Intermarché (plus de choix). Côté visites culturelles pas trop loin, il y a plusieurs monastères (Alcobaça, Batalha (magnifique)), couvents (Tomar, un peu plus loin dans les terres), villes fortifiées (Óbidos magnifique - attention c’est Óbidos avec un accent, il y en a un autre sans accent qui n’a rien à voir). Et plus loin, Sintra et Coimbra. Nous avons passé un très beau séjour.
