The Vale Furado beach is located a few kilometers north of the famous beach of Nazare. Lost among cliffs eroded by wind erosion, it's a quiet place to relax and enjoy the charms of nature.

The beautiful fishing village of Nazare and its expansive beach easily reached within a few minutes drive. With amazing seafood dining, the laid back friendly villagers and the fisher women wearing their 7 skirts (one for good luck every day of the week) - create a special atmosphere of times gone by, which make it a very special place to visit.

You can see it all the time in villa! 2 minute walk down to the beach.

We stayed for eleven nights in November 2025 and had an amazing experience. The home and host didn't disappoint. The home was well equipped and in a great location to see the area. The views are amazing and mesmerizing. We enjoyed the coffee shop around the corner and ventured into Nazare and other areas on several occasions.

Can’t say enough about how beautiful this place is!

If you get a chance to visit anywhere near Nazare, stay here! The views are absolutely incredible! Anna was the perfect host & Joao greeted us when we arrived & when we left. The restaurant MAD is right next door & it is incredible.. tell Filipa we said hi!. Also the cafe is great to walk to for cocktails. Bruno will take care of you.

Relaxing Holiday with spectacular seaview

We (2 adults) had very relaxing days in Vale Furado. The house at the top of the cliff has a fantastic view over the sea, the beach can be reached within a short walk. Unfortunately the restaurant nearby was closed as the season was over, but the cafe was open in the afternoon. On our arrival Joao gave us a warm welcome with a lot of recommandations for sightseeing and dinner. As we had a wonderful stay we're sure to come back again.

Logenplatz über dem Atlantik

Wir haben knapp eine Woche in dem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Lage und Aussicht haben uns täglich aufs Neue begeistert. Auch die Ausstattung ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig (obwohl die Betten etwas größer sein dürften). Die Betreuung durch João war professionell, nett und unkompliziert. Gutes Restaurant in drei Minuten zu Fuß. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und werden bestimmt nochmal wiederkommen.

Grandioser Blick auf den Atlantik!

Die Lage des Hauses mit Agaven-Garten direkt an der Steilküste mit vielen Blickmöglichkeiten auf das Meer von der Terrasse (mit notwendigem Windschutz) und den Balkonen aus hat uns sehr gefallen, ebenso die Ausstattung des Hauses. Die kleine, charmante Bucht mit bewachtem Strand ist in gut 10 Minuten zu erreichen und lädt bei Ebbe zu langen, einsamen Spaziergängen entlang beeindruckenden Felsformationen ein. Die Betreuung vorab und vor Ort durch João war sehr freundlich, zuverlässig und professionell. Also auch von uns: eine eindeutige Empfehlung, der Aufenthalt war sehr toll! P.S.: Sweatshirt nicht vergessen!

Traumhaft schön!

Wir haben in diesem Haus zwei wunderbare Wochen verbracht. Es liegt in einer kleinen, ruhigen Nachbarschaft, zu der auch ein Strandcafé und eine Bar mit vorzüglichem Essen gehören. Zum Strand sind es gut drei Minuten zu Fuß. Das Haus selbst ist liebevoll eingerichtet und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Es gibt keine Busverbindung o.ä.: ein Auto ist unbedingt notwendig. Ein wunderbares, malerisch gelegenes Ferienhaus, in dem man wirklich abschalten kann.

Tolles Haus in einmaliger Lage

Die Lage ist wirklich herausragend! Das Haus steht hoch oben über den Klippen und man hat einen tollen Ausblick von den verschiedenen uneinsehbaren Terrassen. Zum weiten Sandstrand sind es ein paar Minuten zu Fuß. Hier kann man sich in einem kleinen Wasserfall sogar Salz und Sand abspülen. Die Vermieter sind freundlich, zuvorkommend und jederzeit erreichbar. Das WLAN ist einzig oft sehr langsam wie auch der Zugang über den eigenen Telefonieanbieter. Die Betten sind sehr schmal. Aber alles andere passt und damit ist das eine klare Empfehlung!

Sehr schönes Urlaubsdomizil

Wir haben 3 fantastische Wochen an der Westküste in Vale Furado erlebt. Das Haus ist in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand und bietet viel Platz. Alle notwendigen Dinge sind vorhanden. Besonders gefreut hat es uns, dass das Haus bei Übergabe auch sauber war. Die Vorortbetreuung war sehr gut. Wir können das Haus ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen. Die Bilder entsprechen den Tatsachen. Auto ist notwendig.
