Studio parfait pour 2 personnes, pièce à vivre assez spacieuse. Le balcon est agréable, nous y avons mangé tout le séjour. Ce que j’ai beaucoup apprécié c’est la propreté dès notre arrivée. Bien équipé malgré le fait que la cuisine soit petite. L’emplacement est bien situé : à 5 min de la plage et du centre-ville.

5 min zum Strand und in das Zentrum. Ruhige Lage. Wohnung war sauber und es war jegliches Elektroküchengerät/Waschmaschine/Besteck vorhanden. Waren sehr zufrieden!

Très beau petit appartement. Idéal pour 2 pers. Très bien situé ! À 5 min de la plage et du centre !

Bel accueil. L'appartement était propre donc parfait ! Il n'y a pas de clim mais un ventilateur est à disposition. Appartement bien équipé (four, micro-onde, machine à laver). L'île Rousse est une très belle ville pour passer ses vacances et la résidence est parfaitement bien située pour y passer des journées calmes. La terrasse est top ! Et amène vraiment le point fort de la location. Je recommande !

Location correspondant au descriptif. Tout est très propre et bien entretenu. Pour passer une semaine de vacances rien ne manque. Cette location est très bien située. Près du centre ville, donc à proximité des commerces et restaurants, et près des plages donc tout se fait à pied. C'est très agréable de pouvoir laisser son véhicule au pied de la location. Cette résidence est très calme. Un restaurant que nous avons apprécié : Le Sputinu . Cuisine corse de bonne facture

Studio indépendant, très propre bien entretenu, lumineux,cuisine très bien aménagée, terrasse avec vue sur les arbres, aucune nuisance on peut vraiment se reposer, proche de tout accès facile a la plage, a la Place Paoli et au supermarché on peut tout faire a pieds. Propriétaires très gentils et discrets vous vous sentirez chez vous ! bref location parfaite je la recommande. Ballades a faire dans le coin : la vue du phare a couper le souffle, le village taille dans le granit de Sant Antonino magnifique, plage de Ghjunchitu sublime...

Bell'appartamento spazioso (molto più grande di come sembra in foto!), molto luminoso, all'interno di un complesso residenziale tranquillo, con parcheggio, situato in posizione strategica (a due passi dal centro di Ile Rousse). Il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile (ci è venuto incontro lungo la strada, fino a un paesino parecchi km prima, per accompagnarci alla residenza). L'appartamento era in ottimo stato, molto pulito, e i servizi sono stati perfettamente conformi alla descrizione. Noi siamo stati una settimana e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo, è ideale per soggiorni anche più lunghi. Molto carino e spazioso il balcone. Assolutamente consigliato!

Studio à l'Ile Rousse

Ce studio est idéalement situé, les commerces et la plages sont très proches à pied. Le parking est également appréciable quand on a une voiture. Les photos correspondent bien au studio. Par contre, petite déception quant à l'absence de Wi-Fi, contrairement à ce qui nous a été dit au téléphone. De plus, le matelas et les oreillers ne sont pas très confortables (très mous, aucun soutien). Enfin, il n'y a pas de clim. Malgré la présence d'un ventilateur, le studio peut vite être étouffant en plein mois d'août.
