Close to the port, the train station, shops and market fresh, local products. You can spend your holidays without a car. This apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette, a living room, a bathroom and a bedroom. Access for people with reduced mobility: 1st floor.

Bon rapport qualité prix

Un merveilleux séjour dans un appartement bien conçu , face à la mer , au cœur du centre ville . L'éclairage de la salle de bains est un peu faible , mais grand miroir dans un séjour lumineux . Balcon sympa .

Très bon séjour

Appartement parfaitement équipé pour un séjour de 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Très bien situé, une belle vue sur l'île de Pietra et la proximité de tous les petits commerces. Propriétaire très sympathique ainsi que la gérante sur place accueillante et attentionnée. À refaire sans hésiter !

Tolle Lage der Wohnung: für Ausflüge oder Strandbesuche, Ortskern in zwei Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, gute Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Umgebung, fantastischer Blick auf vorgelagerte Insel, Vermieter extrem nett, eigener Parkplatz

Une semaine à l'Ile Rousse dans un appartement super bien placé!

Nous avons passé une semaine de juillet du 15 au 22 dans cette appartement on ne peut aussi bien placé puisque à la fois proche de toutes les commodités du centre et à la fois au sein d'une résidence sécurisée et sécurisante. Un appartement ou il n'y manque rien, très confortable et surtout avec cette vue imprenable sur l'ile de Pietra.Du lever du jour au coucher de soleil, le spectacle est constant! Un accueil très sympa de Me G. qui se charge de rendre ce séjour agréable, à la fois discrète et disponible au besoin. Merci à elle! Merci aussi à Mr B. propriétaire, contacté par tèl, qui a également contribué à ce que ce séjour chez lui restera inoubliable! Séjourner à l'ile rousse est le plan idéale pour visiter la Balagne, région magnifique. Laurent et Marie-Andrée P.

Appartement très agréable et idéalement situé

C'est la deuxième fois, en 3 ans, que nous passons deux semaines de vacances à L'Ile Rousse, dans ce très agréable appartement ( proche du centre ville, des commerces et de son marché journalier de produits locaux, également proche de la plage, de la très animée place Paoli, de la gare, du port...).Le propriétaire est très sympathique, et nous sommes accueillis très chaleureusement. La vue sur L'Ile de La Piétra et le port est superbe (on ne s'en lasse pas!). L'Ile Rousse est le point de départ idéal pour visiter La Balagne. Nous espérons bien évidemment y retourner. Nous recommandons donc cet appartement sans aucune hésitation.

Location idéale pour séjour à l'Île Rousse

Bel appartement, lumineux, en parfait état, bien équipé, idéal pour 2 personnes, avec une vue imprenable sur l'Île de Piétra. Situé en centre ville, proche de toutes commodités: tous commerces, restaurants, gare, port car ferry, plage de sable fin, (voiture non indispensable).Bon rapport qualité/prix. Très bon accueil des propriétaires.

Appartement agréable, bien pour 2 personnes pour conserver son autonomie. Lumineux, calme, on peut tout faire à pieds, je le conseillerai à des amis.

Excellentes vacances à L'Ile Rousse

Je conseille cette location (un excellent rapport qualité-prix ): l’appartement est confortable, bien aménagé et très bien situé (vue superbe: sur L’Ile de La Pietra et la mer). Résidence calme et voiture sur parking sécurisé. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques. Voiture non indispensable car proche de tous commerces, des animations et de la plage. Pour voyager, la gare est à deux pas et propose chaque jour plusieurs destinations par le train « touristique ». Endroit idéal pour découvrir la Haute-Corse qui est une région pittoresque.

Très bel appartement, en parfait état, décoré avec goût. Parfaitement équipé avec une vue imprenable sur la mer et l'Ile de la Pietra et son phare. Situé à deux pas de tous les commerces et restaurants tout en gardant un calme très appréciable.La plage est toute proche. Nous recommandons cette location, les prix sont tout à fait attractifs au vue de sa situation géographique. Merci et à bientôt Fanny PRENASSI
