Amenities included with your stay are a heated swim through indoor/outdoor pool, large hot tub, four person sauna, two pool tables and a foosball table, full gym with ocean views, a grill area with four brand new stainless grills, cable tv in all rooms, Netflix and Hulu as well as Bluray equipped, Dvd movie collection, full size washer and dryer, and free wifi. We are four minutes from Waterville USA, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, The Track Go Karts, and Goofy Golf, and only 17 minutes from the Foley Tanger Outlets. Come enjoy the powdery white sands of this island paradise we call Gulf Shores, Alabama.

Nice layout, with a great balcony and really awesome view! The bunk bed setup was really nice for our 3 kids. The pool and hot tub, as well as the game room were a nice addition.

It was a perfect location for us. It is also quite spacious with a very nice balcony. Furniture is also very nice.

We were told we would have an early check in option in a text once we arrived the property manager didn’t call us back about check in. Leaving us in limbo about check in. Not horrible but and inconvenience.Once we arrived at the room it was not very clean. There was what appeared to be spit in the floor in the livingroom, broken glass in the floor. The bed in the second bedroom, didn’t have the flat sheet on it. Not extra sheets for foldout couch. There was trash in the floor under the beds. The chandelier was missing a glass globe, the master bedroom ceiling fan made a horrible noise so we had to turn it off. When the exhaust fan in the master bathroom was on the lights would flicker. Broken tile in the kitchen and mold in the second bath and on the air vent. We have stayed at Crystal Shores West every year since 2015 and this was the worst stay as far as condo conditions.

Great Location & Comfortable Stay with Room for Small Upgrades

Condo 505 was very clean, well stocked, and in a wonderful location with great amenities. We especially appreciated how quickly maintenance responded when the dryer stopped working — it was fixed right away. A few small upgrades would make the stay even better, such as stronger WiFi, TVs equipped for streaming, and a few extra throw blankets. Overall, it was a comfortable place to stay and a nice home base for enjoying Gulf Shores.
