Good place for relaxing holiday

Nice location, both calm and everything within reach. Parking spots are about 1km from apartment, which is ok in a town with little parking. Kitchen could have been cleaned more thoroughly.

Perfect location and comfortable apartment

Our family stayed in this place for a week. It has the perfect location, everywhere is near: the cathedral, shops, the beach. The apartment was clean and comfortable. At nights it was silent although its so central. The communication with the host was very good. Thank you for a nice stay at this place!

Great location and all the amenities needed for a lovely family stay. The roof terrace was a lovely place to sit and eat breakfast and have drinks in the evening. An extra bed to allow us to stay with 3 children was great.

Perfect stay

This property is in the old town part of Cefalu. It is close to the sea and the many restaurants bars cafes and shops. It is tucked away in a little courtyard off a small street meaning it is quiet and peaceful. The outside terrace area is big enough to sit out and eat with views of the sea. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We would stay again!

Beautful property. Incredible location

This was an amazing little property. Perfectly located minutes walk from the Duomo and the hustle and bustle of Centro Storico in Cefalu. The Piazza this home is located in is very private, quiet, and tucked away. The only comment we will make is that it's a tad small for a family of 5, so we regularly ran out of hot water (not a big deal whilst it's summertime). We suggest you are also prepared for a short uphill walk with luggage - as taxis and cars will not be able to access the nearby streets. Climbing is how you get the best views though, and the views from this place are spectacular. Thank you

Amazingly helpful and close to city center

This is a wonderful tucked away in a private area that surprisingly is steps away from the center of Cefalù. I went with a family member for a month-long stay while working remotely, and it all worked out. I would be mindful of the wifi connection within the city in general, and be prepared for the heat on some days. My room had a beautiful view of the private vicolo that I stood outside on regularly. You get a beautiful view of Cefalù from the balcony outside of the kitchen. I would highly recommend this space to anyone coming with no more than 4 people. It was perfect for my family member and I to have two separate rooms while sharing the bathroom. I personally plan to rebook this wonderful home again when I travel back to Cefalù to see all of my new friends again later this year. Bellissima!

Great place with perfect location!

we stayed in vincenzo's appartment for a week. The description is accurate and you have all the utensils you need in the kitchen. The place is clean and there is nothing to complain about. We were really happy with the location and loved the terrace. It is the perfect spot for morning coffee and dinner in the evening. The appartemnet is well situated central in the old city and it is nice and quite. According to my five year old daughter it is 159 sekunds to the beach. Vincenzo was held up at work when we arrived, but he organized for us to get the keys and he was available on the phone and e-mail. The woman who gave us the keys was also available for any questions we had. We were there with a five year old and a baby. Vinzenco provided a babycot for us. We had a lovely stay and would love to stay there again! If you are going to cefalu, I really reccomand Vinzenco's place!

Cefalù

Our two week's holidays has come to the end. We were happy to stay in this cosy, comfortable and lovely apartment.Everything was really close: the beach, shops, pharmasy, center, bus stop and train station and all sorts restaurants. I don't think that we shall return to Cefalu again, because there are so many places in the world to visit them, but this town, this home will be in our hearts forever. On top of that we shall recommend to our friends to visit this splendid place. We have enjoyed a lot staying in the most amazing part of Cefalu , swimming, sunbathing and eating local food. Everything was prefect . It was great to wander the narrow Arab streets when soft Sicilian twilight covered this ancient town and then sit on the terrace of our house enjoying the picturesque sunset views, red roofs, rocks and the sea, listening a cry of restless gulls and eating delicious Sicilian cakes from Duomo bar. More over the master of this apartment was hospitable, patient and very lovely.

Tolle Wohnung für Frühling -Sommer - Herbst wegen der Dachterrasse. Lage super.Sehr sauber, Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter klappt schnell, wenn es Fragen/ Probleme gibt. Im Januar war die Wohnung natürlich erstmal klamm und kalt, aber die Heizmöglichkeiten sind ausreichend.

Una vacanza stupenda in una cittàdina a dir poco mozzafiato che, nel suo piccolo, offre praticamente di tutto: mare cristallino, bellezze culturali ed una cucina fantastica! L'abitazione è stata la ciliegina sulla torta con i bellissimi tramonti che si possono godere dal suo terrazzino. L'appartamento, nel cuore di Cefalù, ci ha permesso di fonderci con l'anima del luogo. La casa è molto ben tenuta e offre diverse comodità come aria condizionata e lavatrice. Sehr gute Lage, in der Innenstadt, zu Fuss zum Strand

Wir haben die Terrasse mit dem schönen Blick genossen. Hatten etwas Schwierigkeiten mit dem Parken, vielleicht, weil wir die Anweisungen des Vermieters nicht genau genug gelesen hatten. Haben schließlich auf bezahltem Parkplatz geparkt.

Mitten in der Altstadt, Terrasse mit tollem Ausblick

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist optimal - mitten in der Altstadt, kurze Strecke zum schönen Strand. Die Terrasse ist wirklich das Highlight, nur schade dass es keine Möglichkeit zur Verschattung gibt. Wir waren Ende April da (herrliche Sonnenuntergänge über dem Meer), da ging das noch - im Sommer wird das aber sicher ganz schön heiß oben. Einfache Betten, wir haben aber sehr gut darin geschlafen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Ein schöner Urlaub in Cefalu

Die gut eingerichtete Wohnung liegt in der historischen Altstadt,etwa 300 m vom Dom entfernt. Von der Terasse hat man einen schönen Ausblick über die Dächer der Stadt und über die Bucht. Cefalù ist ein idyllischer Küstenort und bietet alles, was einen perfekten Urlaub ausmacht. Malerische Gassen zum bummeln, einkaufen und lecker essen. Historische Gebäude, gute Verkehrsanbindung mit Bahn und Bus, Sandstrand und leckere, lokale Spezialitäten. Die Fewo war geschmackvoll und gut ausgestattet. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse direkt auf‘s Meer einfach herrlich. Die Wohnung lag zentral im Zentrum und der Vermieter Vincenzo war total freundlich, unkompliziert und bei Fragen immer gut erreichbar.

Per vivere Cefalù al massimo

Collocata in posizione eccezionale, in pieno centro storico e a pochi minuti a piedi dal mare, la casa è molto ben arredata e corredata di tutto il necessario. Il proprietario Vincenzo è molto gentile e attento alle necessità dell'ospite. Consiglio questo appartamento senza alcun dubbio e se tornassi a Cefalù lo sceglierei di nuovo. Vorrei però suggerire a Vincenzo di dare seguito a quanto già consigliato da un ospite dell'agosto 2022, cioè di installare un condizionatore anche al piano superiore, perché in periodi molto caldi come quello da noi trascorso, anche con temperature non proibitive (parliamo di 30 gradi), con il bel terrazzo panoramico fruibile soltanto di sera, la cucina è invivibile e di giorno si è costretti a rifugiarsi al piano inferiore, rinfrescato dal condizionatore peraltro molto efficiente.
