The house is well located and you can trek to enjoy all the amenities of Aix-en-Provence city, opposite Pavillon VendĂŽme, 100 m from the Thermal baths, 300 m from St-Sauveur Cathedral, close to Cezanne workshop and 5 minutes walk from Cours Mirabeau and Mazarin district.
You will find in our house, the charm of old housing, its floor tiles, high ceilings, cement tiles and its modern comfort with a refined contemporary decoration.
The many openings make the house very bright.
You will be pleased to take your meals outside under secular plane, linden and chestnut trees.
A swimming pool with counter-current swim will provide you good refreshment and relaxation.
Bedding: 1 double bed (160 cm), 2 double beds (140 cm). Two bedrooms are air conditioned.
3 cars can be parked in the garden.

Lovely house very close to old city center

An absolutely lovely house with garden and pool. Opposite is a nice little park, which we loved to walk through on the way to the old city center from Aix-en-Provence. From the house to the bustling city center it was only 5 - 7 min walk. Fantastic house in an optimal location!

Sehr nette Vermieter. Sogar der KĂŒhlschrank war mit kleinen Köstlichkeiten gefĂŒllt. In die Innenstadt brauchte man nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß.

die Vermieter sind sehr sympathisch, das Haus liegt direkt an der Stadtmitte gegenĂŒber dem Park Vendome. Das Haus entsprach absolut unserem Einrichtungsstil, war aufgerĂ€umt, sauber, toll dekoriert. Alles was man brauchte wurde zur VerfĂŒgung gestellt. Zum Empfang war der KĂŒhlschrank gefĂŒllt mit verschiedenen SĂ€ften, Butter, Milch, Maccarons, Calissons, Champagner, Erdbeeren, Brot.... Die Betten und auch das Bettzeug waren sehr angenehm. Wir fahren im nĂ€chsten Jahr wieder hin.

Venus en famille ce printemps pour une semaine de dĂ©couverte d'Aix, nous avons trouvĂ© la maison tout Ă  fait conforme Ă  la description. Ses atouts : cadre agrĂ©able (malgrĂ© la proximitĂ© de la route qui n'est somme toute pas gĂȘnante) et point de dĂ©part ultra pratique pour une excursion Ă  pied (le vieil Aix est Ă  5 minutes avec ses marchĂ©s, cafĂ©s et fontaines... ) ou en voiture (Montagne Sainte Victoire Ă  20 minutes). Cerise sur le gĂąteau : un accueil trĂšs chaleureux et une dĂ©co aussi jolie que fonctionnelle. En bref, un excellent sĂ©jour que nous espĂ©rons renouveler !

Nous avons eu un merveilleux séjour chez notre hÎtesse. DÚs notre arrivée nous nous sommes sentis chez-nous. La maison est impeccable et trÚs bien équipée. De plus, sa localisation est trÚs avantageuse à 2 pas du centre-ville. Nous avons particuliÚrement appréciée la cour intérieure qui était trÚs paisible et ensoleillée. Nous espérons pouvoir y revenir pour un plus long séjour!

Nous avons passĂ© un superbe sĂ©jour dans la maison de Catherine et son mari. Bastide rĂ©novĂ©e avec beaucoup de goĂ»t idĂ©alement situĂ©e dans le centre d'Aix Ă  deux pas des termes et du marchĂ© de la place Richelme. Maison avec un jardin agrĂ©able et une place de parking. Il n' y pas de bruit, on y dort super bien. A notre arrivĂ©e, Catherine et son mari avait mĂȘme rempli le frigo avec une sĂ©lection d'articles bien choisis (dĂ©licate attention que nous avons fort apprĂ©ciĂ©e). Nous avons adorĂ© Ă©galement les produits de beautĂ© Savon de Marseille fournis par Catherine. Nous recommandons cette maison qui est un vrai bonheur.

The house and its furnish...

The house and its furnishings, as well as the gardens were even better than pictured in the advertisement. Everything was immaculately clean and every amenity one could need was available; particularly in the kitchen. There was plenty of space for the four of us for the week. The location was perfect, across the street from a beautiful park and an easy walk to all of Aix, including the markets and stores. The owners were a delight to do business with. I hope to return for a longer stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a rental in the Aix-en-Provence vicinity.

"C’est une jolie maison, en retrait de la rue, entourĂ©e d’un jardin plein de charme. Le bruit de la circulation est assez prĂ©sent Ă  l’extĂ©rieur (remarque Ă  relativiser car, habitant dans une zone rĂ©sidentielle exempte de tout bruit, nous sommes peu accoutumĂ©s aux bruits de la ville !). La maison a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©novĂ©e et est amĂ©nagĂ©e avec goĂ»t. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© accueillis avec chaleur et simplicitĂ© par la mĂšre de la propriĂ©taire. Les propriĂ©taires avaient gentiment laissĂ© quelques vivres pour notre arrivĂ©e. La maison est idĂ©alement situĂ©e, Ă  5 minutes Ă  pied du centre historique d’Aix, des commerces et d’un supermarchĂ©. On peut ainsi « oublier » sa voiture quelque temps. "We had a fabulous stay a...

"We had a fabulous stay at this very lovely and well-maintained house in Aix - the house was clean, spacious and well-equipped and it was great to stay somewhere where "real cooking" was an option - a supermarket just down the road and daily fresh produce markets in the centre of town, 10 minutes walk away. The garden is great for warm weather with plenty of deckchairs and dining furniture and we spent lots of time just sitting with a book watching the swifts. It was all very relaxing. Catherine and Frederic were very friendly and helpful and had obviously put thought into things that would make the house welcoming - e.g. nice soaps and shower gel and some useful supplies in the fridge on arrival. Aix is a beautiful city and this is a good base from which to explore it - close enough to get to everything very quickly but definitely more spacious than anywhere right in the middle of town would be at the same price. A real find - we have already recommended it to a couple of friends."
