Our cottage "Mas des Lauriers" near Orange, is a large charming stone farmhouse renovated with taste in wild environment with ground floor 90 m2 approx. comprising: kitchen equipped with summer overlooking pleasant covered terrace with hard barbecue, and large trees essential to the heat of summer. A long table for 10/12 people. is installed under a pergola directly adjoining the terra Gd a living / dining room 30m2 10 adults (air conditioned) (, bedroom, bathroom and separate toilet. RDC allows to preserve the independence to 1 part of tenants, without disturbing those who choose to stay on the floor, although the DRC and upstairs match; Staircase leading upstairs offering a comfortable and welcoming double living room of 30m2 each (air-conditioned), 119 cm TV, dining table with wrought iron / marble, a beautiful small American style kitchen opening onto a covered terrace style Italian. 2 bedrooms (140 and 160cm) with ensuite bathroom, another bedroom bed 160 cm, gde bathroom (shower and bath), 2 separate WC. Mezzanine on the 2nd floor with a small alcove + internet desk. Dessert also 1 small room with 140cm bed. OUTSIDE: 2500 m2 fenced and bordered 8m + gds trees for privacy: in the south, the sun, buried round pool 8. 5m dia. secure (fence and gate), iron pergola forgé.Volley Ball. Une belle maison, de l'espace, un bon emplacement, une bonne communication avec l'hôte mais un vrai point noir : La maison mitoyenne occupée par le frère de celle-ci. Cette information aurait du être précisée en amont car elle a eu des incidences réelles lors de notre séjour.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille avec nos enfants dans ce magnifique mas niché dans un écrin de verdure naturel Notre hôte nous a très bien reçus et nous avons eu plaisir à échanger avec elle Nous avons bien profité des espaces intérieurs et extérieurs avec une mention spéciale pour la piscine ronde et son espace de quiétude Les enfants et toute la famille se projettent déjà sur une nouvelle réservation

Guten Morgen. Ich bin sehr überrascht und traurig, Ihren Kommentar 1 Monat nach Ihrem Aufenthalt zu lesen...Ich verstehe nicht. In der Tat haben wir während Ihres Aufenthalts auf der Abritel Homeway-Website kommuniziert (genau am 26. März) und Sie haben mir gesagt, dass alles in Ordnung ist !!! ! (everything is fine : das sind Ihre Worte). Sie haben mir nichts gemeldet! Das Haus ist sehr groß und es kann kleine Mängel geben, aber ich muss es sofort sagen: Ich werde sofort jemanden eingreifen lassen. Das Wohlbefinden und die Zufriedenheit meiner Gäste liegt mir sehr am Herzen. Ich werde in Zukunft wieder darauf achten, wie ich es immer getan habe. Bonjour. Je suis très surprise et triste de lire 1 mois après votre séjour votre commentaire ... Je ne comprends pas. En effet, pendant votre séjour, nous avons communiqué sur le site Abritel Homeway (le 26 mars exactement) et vous me disiez que tout allait bien !!!! (everything is fine: ce sont vos mots ) Vous ne m'avez rien signalé ! La maison est très grande et il peut y avoir quelques petites imperfections vu la grandeur, mais il me fallait le dire immédiatement : j'aurais fait intervenir quelqu'un tout de suite. Le bien être et la satisfaction de mes hôtes est très important pour moi. J'y veillerai encore à l'avenir comme je l'ai toujours fait.

Nous avons apprécié l'accueil très chaleureux de Paola, le confort et toutes les prestations de la maison (attention à bien prévoir ce qu'il faut pour éloigner mouches et moustiques :)) Tout le monde s'est beaucoup amusé dans la piscine et nous avons passé de très beaux moments dans les différents salons de jardin. Calme de la campagne, charme du jardin...nous n'oublierons pas notre excellent séjour dans cette très très belle demeure!

A recommander!

Maison très agréable, avec un jardin clos et une piscine bien protégée: c'est idéal avec des enfants car on y est en toute sécurité. Tout est conforme à la description. on est aussi bien dedans que dehors, grâce aux nombreux équipements: grande table, nombreux fauteuils, barbecue... L'accueil par la propriétaire est chaleureux et sympathique. A recommander!

Demeure très originale, spacieuse et calme !

La maison est très bien équipée et agréable à vivre. On peut s'y réfugier pour s'y raffraîchir lorsqu'il fait trop chaud (climatisation à l'étage). La suite parentale et son salon est un vrai plus. Les enfants n'ont qu'une idée en tête : revenir pour profiter à nouveau de la piscine :).

Très belle maison où nous avons passé une belle semaine de vacances entre amis La maison est bien située ,proche des lieux à visiter, des supermarchés La maison est très bien équipés ,il y a tout en double ,pleins endroits pour se relaxer
