LOCATED in Casal Velino Marina in a strategic area to reach all the destinations of Cilento.
WONDERFUL VILLA of modern and well-kept environments distributed on about 160 square meters with green and independent outdoor spaces that allow you to comfortably accommodate up to 7 people.
Our holiday home is ideal for those looking for a quiet and reserved place near the beaches and sea of the Cilento coast. Located in a residential area of Casal Velino the villa is a few minutes drive from the sandy beaches and the tourist center of Casal Velino Marina.

The Villa, VERY WELL FURNISHED, is composed of:
--- LARGE LIVING ROOM with sofas and dining room
--- 3 LARGE BEDROOMS: 2 doubles and one twin with single beds
--- MODERN AND EQUIPPED KITCHEN with table for 6 people.
--- 3 MODERN BATHROOMS: one with bathtub, one with shower cubicle and another one for service.

The villa is surrounded by a green FENCED GARDEN that offers large areas for relaxation, an area equipped for outdoor dining and barbecuing. Ideal for families with children and for those who want to spend their holidays with their four-legged friend!

It is characterized by the presence of an INTERNAL PRIVATE PARKING for 2 parking spaces and outdoor parking.
The house is also equipped with a washing machine, oven, fridge with freezer and each room has French windows with mosquito nets and this makes it bright and cool during the summer.

NOTE:
Supply of kitchen linen (various tea towels and tablecloths).
Bathroom linen (towels and towel) not compressed.
EXTRA OPTIONAL: - Bed linen (sheets + pillowcase) to be requested when booking (10 euros for a single bed, 20 euros for a double bed);

Nulla da dire se non grazie

Posizione ottima, non lontana dal mare ma in zona tranquilla e ben servita. I proprietari dell’immobile sono stati oltremodo gentili e ci hanno da subito messo a nostro agio dandoci tante idee, consigli e indirizzi su ciò che serve per fare una vacanza tranquilla e rilassante. Seppur lontana circa 4 km di strada dal mare in pochissimi minuti di auto si è in centro a Marina di Casal Velino. Senza troppi rigiri di parole consiglio questa casa a chiunque, famiglie con bambini e cani, giovani o anziani. Ancora grazie ai coniugi che ci hanno ospitato.

Una settimana nelle meraviglie del Cilento

Casa molto grande e arieggiata. Comunque attrezzata di ventilatori in ogni stanza. Spazi inconsueti per una casa in affitto, camere larghe e doppio giardino. Peccato che uno dei tre bagni non abbia ne doccia ne vasca. Ma ci siamo organizzati. In cucina farebbe comodo qualche padella in più. Ma comunque tutto positivo. La proprietaria veramente cortese e gentile. Da consigliare e tornare.

Lovely Villa

The home was perfect for us. It was spacious, had a large bathroom, and felt very homey and comfortable. It was also beautiful and in a wonderful location. It is an easy drive to many tourist attractions, and the village it is in is also lovely. We would definitely stay there again!

Consigliatissima villa per tutti

Questo è il secondo anno che ci torniamo perché ci siamo trovati benissimo. La abbiamo scelta nuovamente per la posizione abbastanza comoda (circa 5 min dalla spiaggia ) vicino a tutto e perfetta per chi vuole frescura e tranquillità la sera. La casa ha una sistemazione perfetta per una famiglia, è molto spaziosa e luminosa, arredata intelligentemente, completa di ogni accessorio (non occorre nulla da casa) ha un sacco di spazio per riporre le cose per una lunga vacanza. Inoltre avendo doppia esposizione è estremamente fresca anche nelle giornate più calde. Infine la cordialita' e disponibilita' dei proprietari. Vi la consigliamo !!!

Molto, Molto bello

Ho soggiornato con mio marito ed una coppia di amici con 2 bambine nell’ultima settimana di maggio. La casa e bella è ha superato le nostre aspettative, luminosa, accogliente, cucina completa, non manca nulla … presenta camere grandi e un ampio spazio esterno, perfetto per pranzi e cene all’aperto. La casa è situata in una via tranquilla ma si collega subito alla via principale che porta al mare, distante 5 minuti con la macchina. Trovato tutto pulito e tenuto ottimamente. I proprietari sono cortesi anche di più e si è creato subito un ottimo feeling. Ci è piaciuto molto e ritorneremmo per l’estate. Vi lo consigliamo vivamente.
