SITUATED IN THE CENTER OF THE TOWN AND TO THE SECOND LINE OF THE BEACH, I rent for weeks or fortnights nice renovated and air-conditioned apartment with 1 double room with a double bed and a bunk bed (two beds, one on top of the other), independent kitchen equipped, renovated (2017), with fridge, washing machine, microwave, living room with sofa bed Italian opening (2018), 32 "flat TV, dining room and 1 bathroom, very central.

Piso muy comodo y agradable

Este piso es perfecto, hay todo lo necesario colo en casa Todas las tiendas (supermercados, carnicerias, fruterias, farmacia ...) estan en la calle del piso La playa y todas las activitades estan a 5 minutos andando. No es necesario utilizar el coche. Gracias a Angels (la proprietaria) que esta muy simpatica. Un saludo

Hemos estado de maravilla, el apartamento es una monada, no le faltaba de nada, limpio y bien situado. Con super, carniceria, fruteria y de todo al lado. Si volvemos repetiremos seguro.

Apararamente muy recomendable

Apartamento igual que en las fotos y muy limpio .Muy bien situsado y al lado de todo tipo de tiendas y bares para comer.Y a 3 minutos a pie de la playa.Sin duda repetiría.

Appartement 100% conforme aux photos, très propre, confortable et idéalement situé. Accueil charmant de la propriétaire très souriante et arrangeante. Nous renouvellerons nos vacances sans hésitation(Clim un peu bruyante mais très efficace au mois d août ). Une note positive très particulière pour les lits faits à notre arrivée et le linge de toilette en nombre et qualité, comme à l hôtel ! À l Année prochaine très certainement !

Familienfreundlich erholsam ruhig und sehr warm

Hospitalet de l'infant ist eher ein ruhiger Ort. Noch nicht vom Tourismus überflutet. Was auf der einen Seite sehr schön ist da der Strand zum entspannen einlädt und auch eine gewisse Ruhe da ist. Welche natürlich in den Abendstunden auch da ist. Es gibt abends leider nicht viel zum flanieren oder ähnliches. Wir waren nachher viel in einer Strandbar die einfach super war! Die Wohnung war klein aber okay. Wobei die Situation der Klimaanlage grenzwertig ist. Wir waren zu viert (zwei Erwachsene zwei Jungs 9+10 Jahre) . Alle im Schlafzimmer ging gar nicht weil viel zu eng und vor allem viel zu warm. Da die Klimaanlage im Esszimmer ist erreicht sie gerade so das Schlafsofa auf dem wir also geschlafen haben. Die Klimaanlage ist auch sehr laut aber daran gewöhnt man sich. Balkon oder ähnliches gibt es leider nicht. In der Wohnung konnte man sich daher nicht so lange aufhalten weil es wirklich sehr heiß war. Aber dafür ist die Wohnung sehr toll gelegen. Direkt an wunderbaren einheimischen Läden/Geschäften und unmittelbarer Strandnähe. Zudem war der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin super! Sehr sehr nette Frau. Antworten haben nie lange auf sich warten lassen! Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern bestimmt die bessere Entscheidung als Salou oder so. Wir haben die Ruhe auch mal genossen. Waren im Anschluss aber nochmal drei Tage in Salou um noch ein bisschen Feiern zu können... Aber alles zusammen gesehen war es ein toller Urlaub mit einer sehr netten Gastgeberin!

"He vuelto a estar en est...

"He vuelto a estar en este aprtamento, ya había estado hace tres años y de nuevo he vuelto a sacar del mismo una opinión muy agradable, así como de su propietaria Angels y del entorno del mismo. Entorno en cuanto a tiendas, playas y de la propia localidad. El apartamento está en el centro del pueblo, es interior pero tiene muchísima luz y da a unos interiores amplísimos. La terraza, donde s epuede comer al estar cerrada, tiene aire acondicionado, la habitación central es cómoda en tamaño aunque el colchón grande algo pesadillo, pero es cuestión de hacerse a ello. El baño, el salón y la cocina están muy bien en limpieza y en cuantoa útiles. Valoración totalmente apta, la limpieza para mí es básica y lo supera dignisimamente, sin suciedad, ni bichos ni similares. El entorno es muy tranquilo y sin problema para dejar coche en distintos lugares del mismo, las playas y la localidad son muy relajantes también, por todo ello valoración totalmente apta y tengo intención de volver."
