ENJOY OUR LOVELY FOUR SEASONS AVIARA VILLA

Lovely 2 Master BR'S with King Beds, 2 large Full Baths plus 1 Half Bath . Sofa Beds that can sleep 2ea are located in the LR and Bedroom #2. The Entire Villa can sleep up to 8 persons. The Living Room is very comfortable with a pull out Sofa bed & a desk next to a lovely Dining Room with a large table that can seat up to eight. Our Kitchen is fully equipped with an attached bar & four bar stools. Off of the Kitchen is a washer & dryer & a third bathroom with shower, great for anyone sleeping on the LR Sofa bed. 3 flat screen TV's. Private Decks off Bedrooms & Living Room. A daily tidy service & a mid-week full cleaning is also included in your rental fee. Please be advised that Home Away/VRBO will charge a
8% service fee to your Rental Cost.

Enjoy of week of fine living, fine food, wonderful golf & great sightseeing in delightful Carlsbad, one half hour North of San Diego Airport & approx. 15 minutes from Villa to Lego Land and 5-8 min to Ocean. Dining, golf, swimming pools & exercise rooms are available on site. Concierge services also available for all off site excursions and restaurants etc. A small airport is in Carlsbad. Beautiful on site golf course with golf privileges at local desirable courses. Tennis courts also on site.

Great for shopping & a week of luxury living for the family. Of course babysitting is needed for all this shopping and eating! Four Seasons Aviara has wonderful care for your children. In Villa babysitting for the tiny ones and our Aviara Kids drop-in Camp, 9-5 which has an hourly affordable charge. Swimming pools, hot tubs, Spa, exercise rooms, pool dining, excellent restaurant, tennis and golf. Complimentary shuttle service is also available to local parks, on & off premise Tennis & Golf Courts, with special rates for guests at Del Mar Country Club & La Costa Resort & Spa. Beaches close by and of course wonderful Lego Land !. In room Dining, if you prefer, delivered right to your door, prepared by our own Four Seasons Chef.

Fantastic despite less than ideal location

Cathy great to work with but we got a less than ideal location with view of a street and stop sign. I asked that we be moved to a better location when we checked in but we were told that the resort was full, too bad so sad. I appreciated Cathy giving them a call but to no avail. Otherwise the Aviara is a knockout in stunning Carlsbad. I’m a bit nervous about booking in the future as I was told that owners will get priority locations. This may have been a one off unfortunate situation as owners we spoke with around the property said they really enjoy their residences. Overall a 4.5 but would have appreciated a better location for sure.
