The larger bedroom suite includes a sunroom that functions like a separate private living area for early coffee, reading or quiet time. The detached cottage is just a few steps away. Every room is equipped with wireless internet and a flat screen TV. Located just a mile off 7 South, we are close to shopping, Harp's grocery, mall, marinas and Oaklawn racetrack. Be downtown in ten minutes! It's the perfect getaway spot!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and view at this lovely lake front property! The property was very clean, well appointed and had all of the kitchen utensils, pots & pans, etc. that you would ever need if you choose to cook. The outdoor BBQ grill was wonderful to have as well! The lake water was very clean and fun to float in our tubes. It also had a nice dock to get on to our friends boat. The house is very close to the grocery store, restaurants and downtown Hot Springs. You can't beat the sunsets! Vanessa and Tom were very responsive and the check-in process was very easy. Highly recommend to stay here!

Lovely home on the lake

We had a wonderful stay at this property with our family. Everything you need is provided. The views from the patio are amazing. There are even fireflies to watch in the evening! The home is in a nice area close to downtown as well asmany stores and restaurants. Thank you for hosting us.
