The open floor plan is perfect for entertaining a small group or watching a football game on the big screen. The larger bedroom suite includes a sunroom that functions like a separate private living area for early coffee, reading or quiet time. The detached cottage is just a few steps away. Every room is equipped with wireless internet and a flat screen TV. Located just a mile off 7 South, we are close to shopping, Harp's grocery, mall, marinas and Oaklawn racetrack. Be downtown in ten minutes! It's the perfect getaway spot!

Our family has stayed at this lovely property every summer for the last six years. It’s conveniently located on Lake Hamilton near local marinas, restaurants, and activities. The view is gorgeous and the home is well-maintained with plenty of room.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and view at this lovely lake front property! The property was very clean, well appointed and had all of the kitchen utensils, pots & pans, etc. that you would ever need if you choose to cook. The outdoor BBQ grill was wonderful to have as well! The lake water was very clean and fun to float in our tubes. It also had a nice dock to get on to our friends boat. The house is very close to the grocery store, restaurants and downtown Hot Springs. You can't beat the sunsets! Vanessa and Tom were very responsive and the check-in process was very easy. Highly recommend to stay here!

Wonderful stay in Hot Springs

The house is as described. It is very clean, comfortable, and has all the amenities you would want. Our kids enjoyed swimming in the lake and it was an easy 20 minute drive to the historic Hot Springs. We would love to stay there again!

Weekend Getaway

This house was perfect for our weekend getaway. It was nice and clean with a great view of the lake. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen fully stocked with everything you need for cooking. We would definitely recommend staying here and will do so again.

Thanksgiving celebration

My brother and his wife and my husband rented this house last year and decided it was perfect for our needs to rent it again this year. We grew up in Hot Springs and gather every Thanksgiving with family members who live nearby. We do not hold the large family dinner at the house, but find it very convenient for our needs while visiting the area.

We had such a great time. The weather was amazing and my daughter in law loved sitting on the dock. i was confused a little thinking the hot water in shower wasn;t working but we figured out the facet was backwards! i will tell you the light was out in the shower in detatched bathroom. Lovely home on the lake

We had a wonderful stay at this property with our family. Everything you need is provided. The views from the patio are amazing. There are even fireflies to watch in the evening! The home is in a nice area close to downtown as well asmany stores and restaurants. Thank you for hosting us.

Perfect spot to view the eclipse

Comfy accommodations for a family with adult children. Clean and well-appointed. Perfect hub for a trip to Hot Springs National Park and then to spend the day staring at the sky from the lakefront patio. House had everything we needed. Should we ever return to the Hot Springs area we would stay here again!
