About this property

Stylish with a beautiful view

Stylishly renovated and updated condo. Two bedrooms two baths. Amenities include two TV's a 49 inch flat screen in the master bedroom the other is a 60 inch flat screen in the living area, dvd player, hair dryer in each bathroom, wifi access is available. Rental includes use of the on property swimming pool and one covered parking spot and the elevator. We have the best of both worlds we have a beautiful view of the bay side so you can sit on the balcony and watch the sun set, however we are located on beach side and are a two minute walk to the beach. This unit is non smoking. RENTERS NEED TO BE 23 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. STARTING MAY 22, 2020 OUR MINI WEEKS WILL BE FRIDAY TO MONDAY OR Monday TO Friday. OUR WEEKLY RENTALS WILL BE FRIDAY to FRIDAY OR MONDAY to MONDAY. Check in is 3:00 pm. Checkout is 10:00 am.

Great place!

The condo was clean. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions I had. The whole experience from start to finish was great! I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to other people

Great Weekend Getaway

Clean condo, with every amenity that you could want. Convenient location within walking distance of multiple bars/restaurants, as well as the beach. Would definitely stay again!

Another Great stay!!

This is a great condo and well maintained. We have stayed here for our yearly vacation now several years in a row. Love the covered parking, keeps your car cool and dry. We had a great time and look forward to staying here again.

Great place to stay

My sister and I and our kids enjoyed a long weekend here and the condo was a perfect fit. It was clean and well maintained, walking distance to restaurants and stores, and just a quick walk to the beach. Communication with the host, Bill, was great! I would definitely stay here again.

Great Family Getaway

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this cozy condo. The owners were easy to communicate with and gave a courtesy text after checking in to make sure everything was to our liking. The place was clean, beds were very comfortable and it was a short walk to the beach. This place immediately felt like home and we wouldn't hesitate to go back.

A+ Vacation Spot!

We were beyond pleased with Bill's condo! The kids loved the pool and literal minute walk to the beach. Parking was easy and the condo itself was spotless!. We cooked dinner a couple nights and had everything we needed provided to cook a big meal in place already...so thank you for making life easy for us Bill. HIGHLY recommend staying at this wonderful vacation spot. We will do so again if available for sure!

Great Condo

This condo was very clean. You can see the sun set over the bay each night. The under building parking is great for bad weather. Bed were comfortable and the kitchen area is updated and had everything we needed. We will defiantly use this condo again.

End Of Season Vacation

The condo is nice enough and I like the macho decor. The view of the bay is OK through the sliding doors. The air conditioner blows hot air at anyone attempting to sit outside. We love the location as the walking distance to the ocean is minimal while the condo is located on Costal Highway. The $59.00 mandatory insurance add on sucks!

Perfection

Bill was great to work with and exceeded all of our expectations. He reached out to us a few days before our arrival to offer us the place earlier in the day because it was available. It worked out great for our family to be able to enjoy an extra beach day! Hours before our arrival Bill contacted us to let us know that he checked the AC before our stay and noticed that it needed service. All of that was fixed and taken care of before we even arrived. The location is great. His attention to detail for everything in the unit shows how much he cares for his place. It was the perfect size for our family. Thank you for everything Bill! We will definitely be back!!

He had the best day! The condo was very spacious. It was a perfect distance to the beach and walking distance to many restaurants and shops. It was very clean and had basically everything you would need! The owner was amazing at communicating, especially when there was a small glitch with the lock. We can’t wait to come back and stay again. We had the best day!

Home away from home

We have stayed here for 4 years and absolutely love it! Beautiful condo with great views of the bay. Plenty of room for all of us. Bill is a great host, always gives a courtesy check in and is very attentive. We look forward to many more vacations there!

Wonderful!

Great location for the beach
