Emplacement très tranquille

L'endroit est vraiment au calme, ceci est très appréciable. La plage est à environ 3.5km de la propriété (contrairement au 1.5km annoncés sur le site) donc il est nécessaire de prendre la voiture ou un vélo pour s'y rendre. Très bon contact avec la propriétaire.

Nous avons bien été accueilli par la propriétaire qui nous a même prêté un ventilateur en plus. Nous avons été tranquille.Le cadre est apaisant et agréable en retrait mais pas loin de toutes commodités en voiture ou en vélo. Emplacement stratégique pour les commerces, restaurants et plages . Nous recommandons.

Maison très agréable pour séjourner dans la région. Le seul bémol serait la taille du frigo un peu petit pour une famille de 5. Sinon, tout le confort (literie impeccable, placard, douche spacieuse !) Excellent séjour !

Superbe comme il y a deux ans ....nous sommes retournés dans cette maison pleine de charme ou nous étions venus il y a deux ans .....un vrai havre de paix et une propriétaire toujours aussi charmante .........si vous vous arrêtez en Vendée, n 'hésitez pas ........ .

Cette maison a été un lieu de vie en famille avant d'être mise à la disposition de vacanciers. C'est peut-être ce qui la rend agréable à vivre.

petite maison d'une tranquillité et d'un calme merveilleux ce qui n 'a pas de prix a cette époque de l 'année...la maison outre le fait d’être fonctionnelle et très bien équipée ,est située dans un cadre apaisant,non loin de la mer et des commerces ...nous avons 2 enfants et un bébé et ils ont été ravis de pouvoir profiter d'un terrain bien aménagé en toute sécurité ....de plus la propriétaire est charmante ,discrète et sympathique ce qui ne gâche rien a l 'affaire...nous conseillons a tous type de famille et ce qui est sur c'est que nous reviendrons tellement nous l 'aimons cette belle VENDEE

Petite maison charmante bien équipée au coeur d'un joli jardin et avec une propriétaire agréable et très discrète. La cuisine est bien équipée, on ne manque de rien pour y cuisiner. Il y a des rangements dans chaque pièce, la déco de bord de mer est vraiment dépaysante. Le jardin est très agréable, le salon de jardin est sur la terrasse qui est bien orientée pour profiter du soleil, il y a des jouets pour les enfants dans le jardin. La maison est calme, elle permet de concilier des vacances à la mer et à la campagne, car, même s'il faut prendre la voiture (ou son vélo), on n'est vraiment pas loin des commerces ni de la mer.

vacance calme et agréable

petite maison pour 6 personnes agréable ,propre, tout le confort nécessaire et la propriétaire gentille.la maison est dans un quartier trés calme mais il faut prendre la voiture pour aller en ville ou à la plage mais nous sommes des personne que la route nous ne génes pas. maison à conseiller pour une location au calme et proche de la mer.nous avons loué 2 année de suite.
