Villa just refurbished, built in 1960. Waterfront villa with spectacular views and stunning location. Placed by the sea front facing Ampolla’S lighthouse tip of the bay. Quiet beach with no traffic just by the entrance. Sunny and gardened surroundings.
5 rooms Villa, 3 of them double beds and the rest single beds; refurbished kitchen full equipped; dining room with a chimney and a living room besides with tv. All inspired to have comfortable, welcoming and lighting environment.

Official tourist accommodation, HUTTE-001193, registered in the Generalitat of Catalunya Tourism Chamber, and therefore complies with all requirements and obligations.

Una casa de ensueño, acogedora y con muchísimo encanto. Ofrece maravillosas e increíbles vistas al mar. Amplia y confortable. Con una ubicación excepcional al estar situada en una zona muy tranquila pero cerca del centro del pueblo. El trato con Xavi y su familia ha sido inmejorable en todo momento.El único inconveniente de la casa: tener que marcharse.

Supers vacances les pieds dans l'eau.

Nous avons tout de suite été séduits par cette maison située à deux pas de toutes commodités (plages, commerces, restaurants tout se fait à pieds). La maison bien équipée possède une terrasse ombragee donnant sur la mer au top! Proprietaire très sympathique et de très bons conseils.

wunderschöner Urlaub

Diese alte Villa liegt wunderschön an einem Kieselstand. Von dort kann man gleich mit dem SUP los und das kristallklare Wasser mit der Unterwasserwelt bewundern. Sandbuchten sind über einen Wanderweg idyllisch zu erreichen. Das Auto muss man nur für Ausflüge bewegen. Zu Fuß ist alles zu erreichen. Der Vermieter ist überaus freundlich und konnte uns gute Tipps geben. Für Naturliebhaber die auf Schickimicki verzichten können ist der Aufenthalt in der Villa Scilla perfekt.

Petit paradis pour pêcheurs

Villa très agréable quasiment en première ligne avec une vue superbe sur le golfe d'Ampolla, nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'accueil chaleureux des propriétaires (et les bons conseils du fils de la maison pour la pêche en mer). La maison est traditionnelle sans fioritures excessive, bien équipée et tout à fait fonctionnelle. Les chambres sont très spacieuses et agréables et disposent à l'étage d'une belle terrasse. L'aménagement convivial de l'espace extérieur a été très apprécié pour cuisiner et partager le produit de nos pêches. Nous recommandons cette location d'autant que, pour les pêcheurs que nous sommes, Ampolla est un terrain de jeu superbe en Octobre et que la qualité de l'accueil et la disponibilité du personnel du port ont été très appréciés. Merci à Thérèse et à ses fils !

"La villa Scilla est idéalement située à 10 m de la mer avec une vue imprenable dans un quartier résidentiel très agréable. La maison est propre, bien équipée, spacieuse et au calme.La propriétaire Thérèse nous a accueilli très chaleureusement. Nous avons très envie d''y retourner et vous la conseillons."

"Jolie maison avec tout le confort nécessaire pour huit personnes. Dans le Jardin fleuri, tout en bénéficiant d''une jolie vue sur la mer et d''une tonnelle, nous avons pu déjeuner dehors grâce à une grande table ronde. L''environnement offre une proximité rapide et agréable (à pied) avec le centre ville, une proximité avec des plages et un chemin de randonnée côtier. L''environnement proche, notamment le parc national du delta de l''Ebre et Tolosa, permettent des visites. Nous offrons aussi bénéficier d''un accueil remarquable (relationnel mais aussi des produits locaux). En définitive, nous avons été très satisfaits de notre choix de location et de notre séjour."
