Séjour de 3 jours dans une ville sympathique et tranquille

Un bel appartement dans une vieille maison pleine de charme. Un peu sombre à l'intérieur mais agréable quand même. Chianni, une commune de Toscane, petite ville animée sans une abondance de touristes. À partir de là, il est possible de rayonner et de voir d'autres villages médiévaux plus visités.

La foto è alquanto fuorviante in quanto al nostro arrivo ci siamo trovate la strada principale che passa davanti alla finestra della cucina e del bagno tra l'altro c'era anche una gara di bici con ambulanze moto e auto al seguito per nulla silenzioso. Questo per avvisare che non vi troverete in mezzo ad un bosco come sembra dalla foto, ma di fianco ad una strada con i relativi rumori. Non posso dare una buona recensione per i seguenti motivi: per la pulizia sia interna che esterna, per la mancata manutenzione (sfalcio erba) e per le piccole cose che possono fare la differenza, la proprietaria invece gentile e disponibile.

Ruhig, geräumig, schattig

Eine geschmackvoll eingerichtete, geräumige Wohnung mit wunderschönem Fliesendekor. Gutes Doppelbett. Schummrige Wohnküche, Fenster nach Norden und Westen. Im Herbst kaum Sonne an den Außentischen, der abgebildete Ausblick übers Tal ist von einer Hecke verdeckt und im Sitzen nicht zu sehen. Die Kücheneinrichtung ist nicht üppig, reicht aber zum Selberkochen. Das Bergdorf Chianni liegt direkt an einem großen Waldgebiet, hat drei kleine Lebensmittelläden und täglich fahren mehrere Busse nach Pontedera. Die Straße, die direkt an der Ferienwohnung vorbeiführt, ist nicht allzu stark befahren. Nachts ist Ruhe.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in traumhafter Lage

Hübsche, rustikale Wohnung, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Chianni ist ein schöner kleiner Ort mit tollen Ausblicken und guter Ausgangspunkt für weitere Ausflüge in der Toskana.

Erholsamer Urlaub in Chianni ☘️

Die Vermieterin Clara ist sehr hilfsbereit und auch die Kommunikation verlief auf Englisch ganz gut und unproblematisch. Sie hat bei Problemen direkt geholfen und einen mit vielen Ausflugstipps versorgt. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und mit allem, was man braucht gut ausgestattet. Eine Waschmaschine ist nicht vorhanden und im Küchenbereich könnte es beim Kochen etwas heller sein. Obwohl überall an den Fenstern Moskitonetze waren, haben uns in der Nacht viele Stechmücken heimgesucht. Nachts bekommt man schon einiges mit von zirpenden Insekten, nachtaktiven Vögeln, gelegentlich bellenden Hunden und feiernden Dorfbewohnern (überwiegend am Wochenende). Mit zahlreichen Bremsen hatten wir während der Wanderungen zu kämpfen, so dass wir beim nächsten Mal eher im Frühling / Herbst in die Toskana reisen würden. Da der Ort Chianni doch etwas abgelegen liegt und man teilweise eine Stunde zu den Ausflugszielen fahren muss, ist ein Auto zwingend erforderlich. Die örtlichen Restaurants sind zu empfehlen, aber man sollte besonders am Wochenende dringend vorreservieren, da sonst alles ausgebucht ist. Alles in allem hat alles gepasst und es war ein erholsamer Urlaub 🙂👍🏻

Pace, quiete e gentilezza

Siamo stati qualche giorno in questo bellissimo mini-rustico meravigliosamente toscano! La casa è molto bella, la troverete pulitissima e con tutto quello che occorre per soggiornare (incluse lenzuola e asciugamani!) Il paesino in collina è veramente delizioso, troverete una temperatura frizzante anche con un gran caldo in pianura. E' facilmente e velocemente raggiungibile da tutti i punti di interesse del pisano e dintorni, ci spostavamo anche 2 volte al giorno perchè avendo la nostra cagnolona con noi dovevamo tornare per lei! A proposito è molto bello se avete un cane con voi, può stare tranquillo e libero in uno dei 2 giardinetti della casa. Sono entrambi recintati! Davvero consigliato per chi ama la pace, la natura e la temperatura fresca! Abbiamo provato varie locande nei dintorni e abbiamo mangiato benissimo :)

We are on a road trip Along with our pet dog We wanted a dog friendly base to explore Tuscany , we found Chianni a beautiful traditional hilltop village the perfect place and the cottage was perfect with a delightful little garden to compliment all the original Stone features Our host was Clara and from the moment we arrived she was most welcoming and helpful, to be fair everyone in the village made us welcome, we went to the local bars and they have 3 good restaurants all with English speaking staff if your Italian is not up to it Would definitely go back to Clara’s cottage and the village is the perfect location to begin exploring this beautiful region Michael and Rosie June 2019

tres belle maison

Cette maison est magnifiquement restaurée elle est le reflet de la typique fermette toscane. Le village est très jolie et bien situé pour visiter tous les plus beaux sites de toscane. La propriétaire est discrète et sympa. Le seul bémol qui nous avait échappé lors de la location, c'est qu'il n'y a pas de machine à lavé. Mais nous le regrettons pas du tout la maison est très chouette.Super séjour.

Casa in stile rustico pulita, ben attrezzata, sia per cucina che per la binancheria da bagno e camera da letto. A 45/50 Minuti dal mare e dalle principali città turistiche questa proprietà è situata in una zona strategica Dove poter godere anche della tranquillità in mezzo alla natura e del giusto relax. Per rendere tutto ancora più gradevole c’è un graziosissimo giardino con tavolo, ombrellone, sdraio e barbecue. Complice il bel tempo abbiamo spesso mangiato li. Non mancano i mini market, macellerie e Panetterie o se si preferisce a 10 minuti di macchina c’è un super mercato. Proprietaria di casa disponibile e gentile, ve lo consigliamo caldamente!

Erholsam und ruhig

Wir waren Ende Oktober/Anfang November für 5 Tage in Chianni. Uns hat der Ort sehr gefallen, da es in der Nebensaison sehr ruhig ist. Die Ferienwohnung war sauber und gepflegt. Jedoch ziehen wir einen Stern ab, da die Darstellung des Gartens irreführend ist und teilweise zum Nachbargrundstück gehört. Clara hat uns jede Frage mit Geduld beantwortet und ist eine tolle Gastgeberin! Können wir nur weiterempfehlen und hoffen bald wieder in die Toskana reisen zu können. :-) P.s.: Ein Auto in der Region ist unabdingbar, wenn man etwas sehen möchte.

Schöne Anwesen

Sehr schöne renoviertes Haus, leider im Haus zu wenig Licht, besonderres fehlte uns Licht in der Küche (wir kochen gerne) und im Bad. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Wenn wir Fragen hatten, hat Sie uns geholfen. Im Ort sind notwendige Geschäfte, falls jemand ohne Auto kommt: frische Gemüse, leckere Pasta. Ein Bar, wo am Abend was los ist. Wir waren dort erste zwei Wochen in Oktober. Im Haus war warm. Bis zum Meer fährt man etwa 30 km. Wir waren am Tag viel unterwegs, da wir mit dem Auto angereist. Pisa, Livorno, Lucca. Alles gut zu uerreichen.

magnifica estancia,la casa es una maravilla,bonita muy servicial,limpia y en un entorno privilegiado,clara es una magnifica propietaria,siempre pendiente.La situacion es ideal para visitar la toscana,Pisa,Florencia,Siena,Volterra,etc,pero no hay que dejar de descubrir la belleza del pueblo donde esta,CHIANNI,un pueblecito sorprendente,tiene de todo super,restaurantes,etc,en fin que es recomendable al 100%.Por ultimo gracias a Clara por hacernos la es tancia magnifica,en un futuro volvere,sin duda.Por cierto las fotos son tal cual la casa.

Un piccolo angolo di Paradiso

Siamo stati in questo rustico 4 gg. Ci siamo trovati molto bene intanto perché l'appartamento è molto confortevole,arredato molto bene,completo di tutto ciò che serve in una casa(accessori cucina,TV,Stendino ,macchinetta caffè',ecc...),dettagli curati,ci si sente proprio a casa. La posizione e' molto bella e suggestiva poiche' ci si affaccia direttamente sulle colline, si sta in pace con tutto e tutti li... Comoda ai bellissimi paesini dell'entroterra,ma si raggiungono anche le località di mare. I proprietari, Clara, il marito e il papà sono persone molto disponibili gentili e subito pronte a soddisfare le esigenze in caso di bisogno. Un grazie di cuore a tutti per questo piccolo ma gradevole momento di relax(purtroppo erano solo 4 gg), speriamo di rivederci presto. Grazie Marzia e Fabio

Quel bonheur!

Clara a été très accueillante malgré notre retard, à la découverte de la maison nous avons été conquises! Un endroit rêvé pour des vacances, alors oui, quelques kilomètres nous séparent de la plage ou des villes à visiter mais quelle quiétude, quelle belle surprise ce petit village... Il en vaut le détour, les gens sont aimables, le village magnifique et une tranquillité rare! La maison est parfaite, rustique mais avec le confort nécessaire, un charme fou! Nous recommandons cette location calme, jolie, avec autour un paysage magnifique! Tout se fait très bien en voiture et le côte campagne nous a complément séduites! Allez-y!

Bella casa peró un po troppo lontana dal mare.Pensavamo che era vicina invece dovevi fare 1 ora di macchina. Il giardino era carino peró mettere le foto del giardino del vicino di casa non é coretto. Paese tranquillo e bello.

Bellissimo borgo

Abbiamo trascorso tre giorni stupendi in questa bellissima casa. Pulita,letto comodissimo e tutto molto confortevole immersa nel verde e con una vista bellissima e vicinissima a tutto cio' che serve. I ristoranti sono raggiungibili anche a piedi ed hanno un ottima cucina. Clara la padrona di casa è gentilissima e molto disponibile e la casa è un ottima punto di partenza per visitare i borghi e le città d'arte e anche il mare!!le spiaggie bianche sono molto belle da vedere.. Consiglio a tutti questa zona e soprattutto questa casa! Speriamo di tornarci presto A presto Elisabetta,Giuseppe e i nostri piccoli pelosi!!
