Appartement très sale à fuir,propriétaire malhonnête

Le description de la location ne correspond pas à la réalité. L'etat de saleté et de crasse est honteux. J ai envoyé les photos au site abritel. Pas de connection Internet ,manque équipements annoncés dans l inventaire. Le propriétaire soutient le contraire alors même que la dame chargée de remettre les clés ne l a jamais vu . Location très mal insonorisėe ;on peut raisonnablement espėrer dormir entre 1h du matin et 6h,les voisins etant des fêtards .La residence est occupée et gérée à 90% par des allemands. Literie tâchėe de sang,oreillers jaunis par la sueur avec odeur nauséabonde,avons dû dormir sans . cuisine grasse,terrasse sale ,transats poussiéreux,la liste est longue. Lorque j ai demandé un geste commercial au prioritaire il a simplement repondu qu il allait retirer l appartement de la location.

Bien placé mais bruyant, dommage

Appartement très bien placé (tout près de la plage, centre de Calvi à 15 min à pied, belle terrasse sur espace vert). Mais la proximité du Club de Vacances fait que c’est bruyant (musique le soir, des fois très tard ...). Dommage !

Lieblos und dreckig

Kommunikation mit Vermieter und Agentur sehr schwierig, nur auf französisch möglich, extrem unfreundliche Person „Sandra“. Im Appartement war nur das nötigste gereinigt (WC Waschbecken Dusche, Boden, in der Küche die Abwasch und die Arbeitsfläche. Alles andere dreckig und klebrig, insbesondere die Terrasse und die Balkonmöbel. Der Kleiderkasten im Schlafzimmer ist vollgepackt mit Zeug. Die Terrasse konnten wir somit garnicht nutzen, was sehr schade ist, da das Appartement sonst sehr klein und finster ist und keinen Esstisch hat. Die Dusche ist alt und kaputt, das Wasser spritzt im alle Richtungen. Mikrowellenherd vollkommen verdreckt. Der in der Anzeige abgebildete Parkplatz existiert zwar, ist aber nicht für Mieter dieses Appartements vorgesehen. Die ganze Wohnanlage ist schnoddrig und dreckig, der Zugang zur Wohnung dunkel und es stinkt.

QUASI PERFETTO

Grazioso appartamento di 40 mq. situato al piano terreno di un condominio di tre piani, fornito di tutte le comodità che necessitano per una gradevole vacanza. Ideale per 3-4 persone max. Arredamento nuovo e ben tenuto, con giardino condominiale in un complesso frequentato quasi esclusivamente da turisti tedeschi. Situato in prossimità del centro di Calvi e vicino ai due supermercati di zona forniti di tutto. I due soli aspetti negativi sono stati la poca insonorizzazione tra un appartamento e l'altro e il bagno trovato sporco al nostro arrivo. I contatti con il proprietario, tramite e-mail, sono stati molto chiari e veloci. Una menzione speciale alla disponibilità dell'agenzia che fa da tramite. Da consigliare.

super location! a recommander

Arès plusieurs séjours"décevants"sur calvi -éloignés de la plage ou bruyant - nous avons été enchantés de cette location près de tout. plage de la baiede calvi à 1 minute, à pied pour toutes les commodités, en rez dechaussée ce qui laisse beaucoup de place pour que les enfants s'amusent devant nos yeux. Bien agencé. A recommander!!!!

séjour très "sonore"

Bel appartement avec une grande terrasse, idéalement situé, tout peut se faire à pied......mais à éviter absolument pendant le festival rock, cette année du 1 au 6 7 inclus, à cause de la nuisance sonore +++ et de la clientèle qui va avec......quelques petites réparations à prevoir......et les rangements pour 4 sont un peu justes.....Les animations du centre de vacances voisin (2à3 par semaine) se sont toujours terminées avant minuit.....Une semaine de bonne sur deux.....

Déçu de cette location

Appartement agréable bien situé,à proximité de la plage et des commerces Aménagement intérieur basique . Anomalies relevées: Poignée de porte entrée reste dans la main . Chambre peu de rangements (il faut retirer les étagères pour accéder aux parasols détériorés aucun piquet ne correspond !Et a la planche a repasser !Literie plus toute jeune ! Cuisine .Néon plan de travail HS Frigo :joint défectueux ,refroidi difficilement ) Terrasse : un vieux transat pour 4 personnes !!Séchoir désarticulé. Salle de bains . Un spot ne fonctionne pas .Porte de cabine ne ferme pas complètement . Les portes serviettes sont descellés . Les activités nocturnes de l'hotel contigu,ne permettent pas un coucher tôt. Conclusion . 2 5 A éviter .

IDEALEMENT SITUE : PRES DE TOUT

appartement bien agencé face a un parc qui amène à la longue plage de Calvi en 2 mn à pieds,à 10mn également par la plage,Calvi avec ses commerces,restaurants et son port animé. Bref, soit vous arrivez en avion et prenez un taxi ou bien une fois arrivé en voiture,vous la laissez au parking le temps de toutes vos vacances !!! Un appartement trés correct pour 4 personnes qui dispose en plus d'une terrasse et du grand jardin de la résidence...En résumé, nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
