Das ist Urlaub!

Wir verbrachten Traumhafte 16 Tage. Wir nutzten nur das Erdgeschoß der Ferienwohnung (2 Personen). Die Wohnung ist fĂŒr Familien mit Kindern Ideal und liegt sehr ruhig. FahrrĂ€der, Grill, Spiele, DvD, DvD Player, BĂŒcher sind genĂŒgend in der Landessprache vorhanden. Und der große Aussenbereich mit Terrasse und Rasen ist absolut Klasse. Zum Strand sind es ca. 150-200 Meter (sagt Google Maps). Check-in und Check-out war ohne Probleme. Eine halbe Stunde vor Ankunft eine WhatsApp an die Vermieter und wir wurden bei Ankunft schon erwartet. Zur BegrĂŒĂŸung gab es eine Flasche Cidre und das typische Bretonische GebĂ€ck. Da dies nicht unser erster Urlaub in der Bretagne war, kannten wir das BegrĂŒĂŸungs Geschenk und ĂŒberraschten unsere Gastgeber mit 2 Flaschen Wein von der SĂŒdlichen Weinstraße. Das Überascht freudige Gesicht des Vermieters sagte uns mehr als das Dankeschön. Wir hoffen Ihr genießt den Wein an Weihnachten.

TrĂšs bien accueillie par Madame Bouzeloc La maison est trĂšs agrĂ©able, de bons volumes par rapport au nombre de personnes pouvant dormir. Équipement parfait pour tout ce qui concerne, cuisine, vaisselle, etc (grande quantitĂ©) Grand garage, dans lequel la table de Ping Pong peut ĂȘtre utilisĂ©e, ce qui a permis de faire des compĂ©titions endiablĂ©es entre cousins. Super séjour !

La maison est trÚs bien (bien équipée et trÚs pratique), l'emplacement parfait et les plages a proximité sont formidables (surtout celle de Porsguen !) Aucun problÚme de communication avec la propriétaire. Elle nous a accueilli chaleureusement (avec cadeaux de bienvenue) et nous a expliqué clairement les modalités de calcul des charges en toute transparence. Nous recommandons vivement cette location !

Maison bien situĂ©e, spacieuse, au calme, confortable et proche de la la mer. Toutefois, gros problĂšme de communication avec la propriĂ©taire. En fait, madame prĂ©lĂšve les compteurs d’eau et d’électricitĂ© Ă  notre arrivĂ©e, sans prĂ©venir, ni nous communiquer les chiffres relevĂ©s. Je prĂ©cise que nulle part dans l’annonce il n’est indiquĂ© que les charges de la maison Ă©taient en sus. Mme s’en Ă©tonne Ă  peine et ne connait le contenu exact de l’annonce. Nous louons depuis des annĂ©es et n’avons jamais Ă©tĂ© confrontĂ©s Ă  un tel problĂšme. Aucune attention de bienvenue (bouteille de cidre, gĂąteau, Ɠufs) Ă  notre arrivĂ©e, accueil froid. A la fin du sĂ©jour, nouvelle prise de relevĂ©s des compteurs sans nous montrer les chiffres et on nous annonce 60€ de charges dont 5m3 d’eau!!! Sachant que nous sommes sortis 1 jour sur 2, nous avons vite compris que ns avons a payĂ© les 2 mois d’eau de l’étĂ© de tous les vacanciers. Nous lui faisons part de nos observations et de notre mĂ©contentement et madame dit que c’est “normal”. Bref, nous payons par correction mais sommes trĂšs déçus par ce manque d’honnĂȘtetĂ©. Mme ose dire qu’il faut faire confiance. A Ă©viter pour ne pas avoir d’ennuis Ă  la fin du sĂ©jour. A fuir.

Super Lage in einem tollen Haus

Das großrĂ€umige Haus befindet sich ca. 300 m vom Meer entfernt. Das Haus ist sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Vermieter waren super nett und haben uns wirklich ein paar tolle Tage dort erleben lassen.

Wir schließen uns den 5 Sterne positiven Bewertungen der VorgĂ€nger an! Angefangen mit den Hausherren, sehr sympathisch und freundlich. Zum Haus und Garten: Ein sehr schönes, großes, sauberes, gepflegtes und komplett ausgestattetes Haus. Hier bleibt kein Wunsch offen. Liegt in ruhiger und schöner Lage, auch in der NĂ€he zum Strand. Ideal fĂŒr Familien. Wir haben uns schnell wie Zuhause gefĂŒhlt. Hier kann man Urlaub machen und fĂŒhlt sich nicht eingeengt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Nous avons passĂ© une excellente semaine dans une maison trĂšs bien amĂ©nagĂ©e et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Les garçons ont vraiment apprĂ©ciĂ© les parties de ping-pong 👍 La localisation est idĂ©ale, au calme et trĂšs proche de trĂšs belles plages.( 5 min Ă  pieds) Magnifiques ballades aux alentours en empruntant le sentier cĂŽtier (gr34) À recommander pour le poisson et les crustacĂ©s : la pĂȘcherie portsallaise. Encore merci aux propriĂ©taires pour leurs accueil ! Location Ă  recommander sans hĂ©siter.
