The whole house is available for rent to one group only (up to 18 people). You will not be short of entertainment as the house comes fully equipped including a covered pool not heated and Jacuzzi, children´s play area, spacious living and dining facilities and WiFi internet-perfect for friends and family.
The house comes with 9 bedrooms (3 double rooms and 6 bedrooms with 2 single beds, all fully made with sheets and blankets). 2 children´s beds are also available on request in advance (also fully made). 2 cots are available (bed linen must be provided my guests).
There are 4 modern shower rooms and 1 bathroom (guests are provided with large and small towels, hand soap, toilet roll and hairdryer).
The spacious kitchen diner seats up to 18 people and comes fully equipped including kitchen-ware, ceramic hob, stove-top coffee pot, kettle, oven, microwave, 2 fridge-freezers, 2 dishwashers and cleaning products.
The large living room has 4 sofas, entertainment unit including flat screen TV and table football.
Outdoors is a covered terrace with barbecue and firewood and recreation area with ping-pong table.
The house comes with air-conditioning and central heating. All electricity, water and internet bills are included in the total price.

Mas Serrallimpia is a rural holiday home set in the picturesque Catalan countryside overlooking the stunning Rialb reservoir. The house comes with numerous facilities including a pool, jacuzzi, barbecue and children’s play area – an ideal retreat for friends and family.
This spacious villa is part of the Serrallimpia estate in the historic municipality of La Baronia de Rialb, Lerida. The land comprises of extensive woodland and fields where you can go for long walks, bike rides and see the wildlife in a peaceful, family-friendly environment.
A restored traditional property with a modern finish, the villa comes well equipped with all the latest technologies and utilities as well as Wifi, central heating and air-conditioning. Its privileged location means that Serrallimpia has the advantage of being secluded yet easily accessible on a good road from Ponts, the nearest town. Just 14km away from the villa, Ponts is well-connected via road network, being the half-way point between Barcelona and Andorra.
The mountainous landscape can further be enjoyed from the waters of the aforementioned Rialb reservoir as we offer our own boat tours. The reservoir runs past a Megalithic dolmen constructed 4000 years ago as well as some Roman churches of region’s – an area rich in heritage and history, set amongst natural beauty and waiting to be rediscovered.
