JUST BRING YOUR FOOD AND CLOTHING. EVERYTHING ELSE IS FURNISHED. THIS UNIT IS LOCATED RIGHT ON THE BEACH WITH A LANAI FACING THE GULF AND BEAUTIFUL SUNSETS. ONE DOOR WALL ENTERS THE LANAI FROM THE BEDROOM ANOTHER ENTERS FROM THE LIVING ROOM.
LOUNGE CHAIRS SURROUND THE POOL AND A SCREENED GAZEBO IS AVAILABLE FOR USE. AMENITIES INCLUDE SHUFFLEBOARD, BBQ GRILLS, HEATED POOL, SPA, PING-PONG, BEAN BAG TOSS. THERE ARE TOWELS, TABLES WITH UMBRELLAS AND LOUNGE CHAIRS AT POOL SIDE. INCLUDES MORNING COFFEE AT POOLSIDE. EVERY WEEK HAS HOT DOG/HAMBURGER ROAST AND BREAKFAST. AN ICE CREAM SOCIAL ON THURSDAYS AND BICYCLES ARE AVAILABLE. NO PETS OF ANY KIND AND NO SMOKING IN THIS UNIT.

YOU ARE CLOSE TO A SHOPPING PLAZA WITH BOUTIQUES AND RESTAURANTS. YOU ARE ALSO LOCATED AT THE QUIET END OF THE ISLAND. FISHING IS ALLOWED FROM SHORE.

THE UNIT SLEEPS A MAXIMUM OF FOUR USING A QUEEN SIZE BED AND A SLEEPER SOFA. THE EFFICIENCY KITCHEN IS ADEQUATELY EQUIPPED WITH ALL YOU NEED TO COOK AND EAT. YOU HAVE A TELEPHONE, FULL SIZE REFRIGERATOR, TV, A/C, WIFI, MICROWAVE, COOK-TOP, COOKWARE, DISHES, AND UTENSILS.
A SAND BAR IS OFF SHORE FOR SHELLING, SWIMMING AND FISHING. SHORE BIRDS ABOUND. THIS IS THE ONLY CONDO WITH BEACH HUTS AND LOUNGE CHAIRS ON THE BEACH.

THE OWNER'S LOUNGE IS AVAILABLE FOR GAMES, MEETINGS, AND PARTIES. IT HAS A KITCHEN, TV AND LIBRARY. DVDs ARE AVAILABLE FROM THE OFFICE.

The view from this rental unit was absolutely beautiful. The palm trees right outside the lanai with the wonderful sunsets were fantastic. The pool was great, warm but refreshing. Walks on the beach were the best. Also, it was within walking distance to Santini Plaza which is a great place to shop, especially on Tuesday with the outdoor market. I enjoyed the extra events held by the staff when it was possible. The only drawback was no elevator to 2nd floor made it difficult with suitcases and everything to move in to unit since all of the luggage carriers were being used.
